Spoke to the account manager Orlando after complaints regarding my companies delivery guy and still nothing has been done. He came and heard what we had to say but have not heard anything from him. Very frustrating
This place is in a constant flow of vehicle traffic. The congestion can be frustrating at times. But hey, this is UPS.
24 hours. We had appointment at 09: 00. Come here at 7: 40. Dropped trailer around 8: 00 and hook at 10: 20. Very fast unload. Great office team. Thanks!
Used to be the only UPS that I didn't mind going to because they actually cleaned out the empty trailers now they're stacking empties to where you can't get an empty without moving someone else's trailer
Not meant for those who need phones with them at all times. Permanent employees have to go procedures to have their phones. Temps are out of luck.
