Uptown 22 Apartments, West Palm Beach FL

I’ve been working with Katlyn for a while now, she is amazing and it’s always a pleasure talking with her and she’s always available and very professional, I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else

I came here 9 months ago because of the attractive price, we were offered an apartment on the 4th floor, smoky with cigarettes, we refused, but then they changed it for us to a more attractive one.
The first 2 weeks everything was fine, and then it started.
Fire sirens sound all the time,
80% of washing machines do not work,
cockroaches on the 2nd and 5th floor
Beware of the man who rents this property, he was running here with an ax without a T-shirt in broad daylight (thin build, African American)
There are always some kids from another area at the pool, I don’t know how they don’t watch this,
my car was towed because I didn't pay the rent after 6 months, of course no one warned me about this. Don't walk on the grass; most residents don't clean up after their dogs.
The corridors smell of cigarettes, sometimes of something rotten.
DON'T GO HERE, LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES.of the pros
5 minutes to the city center, no more advantages.

and finally make a boiler for people, hot water stops working after 10 minutes

Katelyn and Cathy have been such a great help in regard to helping their tenants at Uptown 22. The two (2) separate occasions that I have spoken to Katelyn about my tenant issues, formed due to the previous management, she went beyond my expectations. She explained what happened, showed me where it went wrong and provided a resolution to my issues. Since Katelyn has come on board as part of the Uptown 22 team, living here has been amazing. This new management is willing to work with you on any and all issues or concerns you may have. Friendly faces all around, and I am glad to stay here another year thanks to the new Uptown 22 Team. Management is always on point. For the price and detailed work ethic from staff you can not find a better place

I have lived at Uptown22 for almost 4 years. I have seen a change of ownership, 6 managers & several times their entire teams walk out or quit. We have had challenges with amenities, alarms, cleanliness & upkeep of the property, as well as security concerns. Sadly, I felt many times that residents' voices were not heard or empty promises were made by management with little or no follow-up for resolve. UNTIL NOW! FINALLY, Uptown22 has an AMAZING MANAGEMENT TEAM led by Kaitlyn & Kathy! They have taken on the challenge of addressing each of my concerns and focusing on resolution. They obviously take pride in their work, and show outstanding professionalism in
their work. Chico and the maintenance team is also very efficient and completes work orders in a timely manner. I believe this team is turning Uptown22 around, thereby giving this community a chance to realize its full potential. Thank you for being true leaders Kaitlyn & Kathy!

My husband and I came to Uptown 22 Apartments looking for a 1 bedroom/1 bath unit. We have been looking for a while now and haven't been having a very good experience.
That being said, when we arrived at Uptown 22 Apartments, we were greeted by 2 of the most professional, kind, and respectful ladies, Katlyn and Kathy, that we had encountered on this journey. They were cheerful, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. They showed us a couple of units and filled us in on all we would need to move in, what's in the area, etc. As we are new to the area. They didn't get annoyed at all of my questions, and I had a ton! They didn't rush us through the process and made us feel welcomed and at home.
The apartments are very nice, and the prices are very affordable, especially for being in the downtown area.
I'd say, if you're looking for an apartment in this area, Uptown 22 Apartments should be 1st on your list!

I came in for a viewing a couple weeks back and I worked with Kathy and Katlyn on helping
Me find a 1 bed 1 bath and I loved the place and how clean it was and how beautiful the unit was. Kathy helped me
Break everything down from beginning to end and told me what the total move in costs would be. Everything was straight to the point and both girls were very professional and sweet”

I went to the property and met with Katlyn and Kathy and received the best service I have ever received in months since I have started my search for a 1x1. They were so personable and knew the answers to all my questions. I will be coming back to put an application in asap!

Kathy and Katlyn down in the leasing office made it so easy to move in! I'm a new resident and love my one-bedroom. So close to downtown and the airport too! The rec center, outdoor pool and mini gym are all great bonuses.

I am honestly surprised there are negative reviews at all. Kaitlyn and Ruby have been beyond helpful with my move-in process, from informing me about the fees of applying to making sure I got a unit that was good for me they have been awesome. I looked at over a dozen places before I found Uptown and I can say with confidence that this was the best option within a large radius. For the management and amenities that you receive, you cannot beat the pricing. Thank you so much, Kaitlyn and Ruby, ya'll are the best!
