Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, Wellington FL

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE DO NOT PURCHASE MEMBERSHIP. I WENT ONCE WITH PEOPLE VISITING IN TOWN …and ever since $57 been coming out of my account for MONTHS I DONT EVEN HAVE BLEEPING KIDS

My kids absolutely love this place. There’s a little bit of everything t keep them entertained for at least 3 hours. Multiple trampolines, obstacle courses, ball pit, rock climbing, battle beam, dodgeball, rope course, and more. The food and drinks at the cafe aren’t bad at all but be prepared to wait. Groupon has discounted tickets for a basic pass.

Opens at 4pm.lady at front counter was new didnt know what to do.wanted my kids to jump with no socks.they closed off the walk way and seating to cafe because of metal shavings on floor.no one cleans it up nor did the walkway open up. We had to walk all the way around to get to cafe.hardly anyone stayed at cafe even closed for 20mins while plenty of customers in the building.they are only open for 4 Hours.some employees were very nice.the guy that closed off the walkway wasn’t nice and wasn’t working in the area just had it closed off but kids were still going that way. His energy was very different with blacks kids compared to non poc.very rude. I won’t be back here.

Stay away from this place. There’s not enough staff to run the place. The place is empty. Floor is filthy, not all the play areas are opened. Took my son here for his birthday and it was a big let down.

Employees are no where to be found.
An incident happened 2/4/23 and I was never properly spoken to about the situation, I was kick out of the facility, police were involved and staff refused to help. Kids doing whatever, staff has no control of the facility and staff being rude.

This place is trash. A bunch of teenagers running it, not working or doing their job. Complete mad house and chaos! Don’t bother buying the expensive wrist band, it doesn’t matter, half the things you pay for you can’t do!

Amazing place for celebrating your kid's birthday party. For the elders it is a nice place to see so many children of different cultures and enjoy the best pizza

Hello staff this is not the 1 st encounter that states she is a mgr I can hear her cursing what in gods green earth when she works at a family amusement I asked her name this occurred at a b day party last week When we were just asking for more sodas found out she was the manager she was on her phone cursing with someone very unprofessional she rolled her eyes when my wife asked her name I asked the other guy who was working the snack area I pointed he stated Danielle and I asked is she a mgr he said yes How do you have a bunch of kids running a big liability amusement Trampoline park with no one that has an adult mind knowledge

1. Place was extremely dirty 2. Several parts of the tube maze were broken and a hazard to kids
3. Felt like a free for all

Would I go back? - maybe to a different one but the one in Wellington definitely not

Should you go? - if you are good with it being dirty and spending 30 bucks per kid….

Beautiful fun place. I went for a birthday party. I didn't do much but for kids is awesome place. I just think is a little pricey for adults since their is really nothing for adults. I think it should be like $5 - $10 dollar for adults my opinion.

This place is unsafe, unhygienic, and appears to be primarily staffed by teenagers who mostly just sit on their phones and do nothing to enforce the rules. There are multiple areas where there is bare concrete or bare metal where the protective coverings have torn away, putting kids at a higher risk of injury. At least one or two attractions are usually out-of-order on each visit, multiple trampolines show signs of damage, and I have seen vomit sit on the floor in the middle of a busy walkway for 15 minutes even after the staff was alerted (I had to block off the area myself to keep kids from stepping in it). This place has also had lawsuits filed against it for some of these same issues. Check the Yelp reviews for disturbing pictures exhibiting all of the above issues.

Shame because if it were managed properly it could be a great place for kids. Instead it should be avoided.

Fun place for kids for sure, unfortunately it gets super crowded.wish there was more space and more things to do but it's not bad

We bought 4 of the higher wrist bands, however the activities were not even open. It would have been nice had the young lady told me that. I would have saved a substantial amount of money. This place is extremely dirty, and the employees seem to worry more about being on their phones than paying attention to the jumpers. My kids seem to enjoy it, but doubtful we will be back.

I want to thank Daniel and her kind staff for chairing up my son who was sad after he was on the high glide and was too afraid to continue. The staff went out of their way to make sure Jaydan was ok and even offered him a free icee. They checked on us through out the rest of our time there and made us feel special. Thank you so much guys!

Extremely overrated. Understaffed and careless employees. This place is for ages 2 years old to 10 years old. Do not waste money or time

Absolutely no one was listening to the rules and I was trying to say get off nicely and they wouldn’t listen at all. The staff was also not helping enforce the rules. I strongly dislike urban air. I would give zero stars if I could.

It was overcrowded, the place is great, my kids loved it, but there is no good crowd control, teenagers where bumping into kids and overall they were short staffed.

The place was nasty the floors especially I will not be coming. Back to this place I'm going to take my business somewhere else that I knowy kids will be safe all times and treated with respect
