Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, Plantation FL

Very nice place. Kids had a blast at my nephew's party! Pizza isn't the best but the kids liked it!

Hands-down, the filthiest establishment I’ve ever stepped foot into.this place has ran by a bunch of children with zero customer service or peoples skills.

Very unprofessional place. There is no good management and employees don’t do what they are supposed to.
My 4yr old daughter fractured her leg because employees were not doing their job at controlling the amount of children who are supposed to be jumping on a trampoline at once. Sadly, at the hospital I met another child who fractured his shoulder at this same location. That tells me that is a dangerous place to bring your child to and that this place is not run properly. I urge parents to reconsider taking their children here. We did not know how common injuries were in places like this until it happened to our own child. They even make you sign a waiver in case of dead that right there should be a red flag.

It was alright. I was there for a family member birthday party. It was very crowded. It's a good place for to have fun.

All premium locations out of service on a weekend. VIP kids cut in front of my kids and never leave certain attractions. The upside for me is that my kids (9 and 10) never want to go again. We didn’t make it 1.5 hours before my kids demanded that we leave. It’s pretty bad. If there was what appeared to be a responsible manager at the location I would have complained and asked at least for a refund down to the basis services, but I didn’t see anyone working there that seemed capable of anything but a very frustrating conversation.

If you come during the rush, it gets really crowded. There's a nice VR station but some of the headset was broken. Hopefully they fix it soon. In addition the game and claw machine can use some update, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Otherwise it's a great place to let the kids loose and burn some energy.

They should put security in the bathrooms. My husband went into the men's bathroom and came out and told me: Inside there are grown men with boys and girls, the music is so loud.don't let your children go to the bathroom alone. They need to do more security in that area. Children are vulnerable with music so loud and alone in a bathroom where adults can enter.

Dodgeball nets and nets around the trampoline were ripped and kids were falling through them… trampolines were dirty and the trampoline springs were very loose. There were cheetos and dirt inside of the trampolines… and it was only 11am. The balls inside the ball pit were dirty and had black spots inside of them. Overall, not worth the price, especially for a dirty and unsafe environment.

Kids had a good time, they are short of personal, there are not areas for little kids, if your kids are under 5 I wouldn’t recommend, we paid for the platinum band wich includes everything but the ropes course was closed and there werent big lines in the other attractions but they made the kids wait anyway, we had nachos and are good.

This is a great place for kids. They can spend hours playing around all different games. Great place for birthday parties. Their price is reasonable. They kept the place pretty clean and organized. The service was good and helpful. It was a lot of people, but they were limited entry in case of over crowded. We will definitely recommending others.

Do NOT schedule any parties or field trips here! Had a group reserved and when we arrived we were told they are too full. This was horrible for our camp kids. Terrible business practice. Do NOT reserve a time or party unless you are prepared

This is the most fun indoor park we went. We went to many of them in the last 9 years. Awesome place and highly recommend!

Kids love it. I wish the music would be lowered a bit so parents can have a chat without shouting at each other.

This venue is a great spot for kids to have fun, but the serving staff could benefit from additional training and developing their customer service skills. While the atmosphere is enjoyable for families, the service fell short of expectations. Friendlier and more attentive staff would greatly enhance the overall experience.

It was my daughter birthday and she got a discount I came with 10 people we all enjoyed it was so fun the money was very much worth it before this amazing I will definitely come back!

This place gets overly crowed, they have very young lazy workers that don’t want to be there. The cops showed up three time in one day because of ghetto crowd that goes there… also, the workers let in a group of teenagers that were ruffing up the kids that were there… save your money NOT WORTH IT!
