I felt very good about that place, the office staff is very friendly, professional. I had my doubts due to the not very good reviews, but I highly recommend it.

PLEASE DON’T THINK ABOUT IT! I KNOW YOU ARE PROBABLY THINKING THAT THE PRICE IS PRETTY GOOD AND THE OUTSIDE IS BEAUTIFUL BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I HAD TO ENDURE FOR MONTHS A NEIGHBOR ABOVE ME THAT STUMPS AROUND ALL TIME OF THE NIGHT WHICH KEPT ME UP AND DEPRIVED ME OF MY SLEEP OFCOURSE I MADE MY COMPLAINTS AND WAS TOLD WE COULD MOVE TO ANOTHER APARTMENT. MADE ZERO SENSE BECAUSE THE WALLS ARE SUPER THIN SO NOW I WOULD BE THE ONE ON TOP OF PEOPLE KEEPING THEM UP. AS A RESULT OF THE NOISE I HAD TO MOVE OUT. SIMPLY BECAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE TO SLEEP. THESE PEOPLE CHARGED ME ALMOST 5000$ TO BREAK THE LEASE. The pool is nice and the outside ambiance is not bad however be careful what you are getting yourself into.

As a Single mother, I stayed at this complex for 3 years (2020-2023) 2bedroom, when the rent was at 1129, then to 1299 & I had to move out since they jacked the rent to 1800. They don’t answer their phones. Gym is hella small & only open when office is open mon - fri 10-5. They are very quick to evict you. They don’t cooperate with rental assistance programs. Bathroom had mold. The grills at the pool never have propane, you gotta bring your own. Those are the cons.

Only Pros is that the pool is nice & my son had 2 pool bday parties.

I lived here last year and it was not a great experience but it was cheap. We had mold in our bathroom, an oven that we put two requests in to have fixed and they never did. Would not recommend
