This urgent care is very well organized and clean, service was great! Dr. Pando was very attentive and informative, tech Miguel who did my sons xrays was careful and detailed, made sure my son was comfortable and not worried. My nurse David was AMAZING! In these stressful times, he was friendly and comforting especially since my son was nervous about his injury, really put us at ease. He really took very good care of my son and I am very grateful! Thank you David for all your time and care, very much appreciated!

My husband was there last night and he is very very satisfied with the experience. Good service and customer service. Doctor Carpio who treated him was very professional. She explained his treatment step by step and took his time to attend him.

This place is terrific. Great staff and Dr. They did a cat scan and found my problem and left with antibiotics.

Their operator directed me to use the Care on Demand App, by Baptist Health System, rather than come into the Urgent Care Center. This is literally a useless app, that you can never actually reach a doctor. It is glitchy, frequently crashes, and that’s all I can say.

Great experience always quick & straight to what is needed. They have great service and would definetly come again if needed!

They’re smart people, I trust they always know what they are doing. They’ve always been reassuring when I have been in their care. It’s helpful seeing a staff who really enjoy working with each other to make sure I was treated like family every visit and I appreciate their care, hospitality, and friendliness.

Very satisfied with the entire staff, service, wait time and overall appearance of this Urgent Care Baptist Health. The nurse was professional, caring, personable, and friendly. The Dr was welcoming, knowledgeable, informative, and also friendly. This was a very worthwhile visit.

I gave it 3 rating because the Medical staff was on point. The reception area however could use some sensitivity training. My information was on their desk & I was waiting to get my cards back. Next thing I know another patient that had arrived after I did was put in before me. I didn't say anything because I had empathy for that patient. But it cost me 33 minute wait after that patient to be called in.

Very friendly staff, receptionist Alison and Amber are extremely professional, well informed and attentive. Dr. Pando was quick and professional, gave me a good prescription that had me feeling much better in just an hour or two. And Jennifer Torres asked the right questions to my symptoms and what I felt, as well and checking my vitals to make sure all was well. I have always gone to this urgent care and will continue to do so.

I would rather die than visit an urgent care again. I went to this urgent care on September 9th, 2019 for a chest congestion after a really bad cold and as of today, January 23,2020, I’m receiving bills from collection agencies. It is a different surprise every month. The 10 minutes visit with Dr. Jose R. Perez cost me $624. I was recently told that I should be receiving two more invoices, but didn’t know the amounts. It is annoying and frustrating to have to spend hours on the phone trying to investigate when bills are coming from and why since there no explanation in the actual bills once received. Just explanation that it is a collection agency and they will ruin your credit if you do not pay. When I called one of the agencies, I was told that they only take payment and know nothing about the bill. How convenient to do collection. Pay blindly and you will end up paying the same bill 3 times. I told them from the beginning that I didn’t have insurance and paid $199 for the visit alone, then the antibiotics. I wanted to pay everything at once and in person, but they don’t tell you is that you would receive 4 or 5 different invoices from the hospital, the pathology, the Dr.itself and so on 3 or 4 months later. Totally regret to have gone to this place. They are totally decentralized when it comes to billing and no one knows anything about who is charging for what?

Nasty people. Very rude. I came early and I was waiting for like and hour a nurse practitioner came with a wrong actitud.
She told about when I felt. I said I never say that I felt.
She told me to prescribe motrin, I say I'm allergic. She told me maybe aspirin.
I knew that she never see my allergies in my record because I'm allergic to motrin and aspirin.
Then she say well maybe steroids. Because could be allergic reaction or maybe uric acid.
My test show something in my soft tissue. So no allergic reaction or uric acid.
Why she trying to give me medication if she doesn't know exactly what going on with my hand.
I ask to take tylenol for pain and they never give me any pain medication.

The personnel were all very nice and professional, the lady that did the sonogram was great, explaining what she had to do. Everything was good!

The treatment I received at this urgent care center was exceptional. When I arrived I was seen immediately. The receptionists, nurses, and doctors at this location are super friendly and caring. It really made the difference to be treated well in a time of vulnerability. Thank you to the staff at Baptist urgent care 8th street location. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.

I love this urgent care because they treat me fast and every person working at this center treats me soooo nice they take care of me from the moment I enter the center and the nurses at this center are the best sweet and loving professionals and the doctors are the best the sit and talk to me and they explain what is best for me, I honestly recommend this urgent care I take my family when they need help, thank you once again you guys are the best.

I've been a patient of other Baptist Urgent Care Facilities in the Miami/Kendall area and no other, has the courtious/carring/knowlegeable/outstanding front office and medicall staff, hands down as the Urgent Care Facility on 8 Street & 147 Ave, in Miami! The entire facility is very professional, extremely organized and clean! If the facility is very bussy, front office staff appologize for the wait and advise your appointment wont be much longer. Their medical staff are on point with their diagnosis and prescribe the necessary medication.
They must be commanded for their teamwork and the aformentioned reasons above! I highly recommend this facility to every one! Sincerely, Marta Cordero

Excellent attention and care. The nurses and the Doctor were very knowledgeable. The front desk ladies tended to me right away. I have no complaints only good things to say.
