Urgent Care of the Palm Beaches, West Palm Beach FL

The front desk staff was awesome with helping me. The medical staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was awesome. So glad I chose this location.

The receptionist was pleasant and gol me started rather quickly. The PA Ted was very pleasant, informative, from start to finish. The medical assistant that took my vitals, urine, x-ray, phebotomy and ekg was awesome and very patient with me from start to finish. You hired the right staff for this location. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to this location. I pray that the staff remain as they are and excel in there careers. From whatI observe there's good team work there. If your company was Hiring I would definitely apply for employment here. Great job!

Imagine, superbowl Sunday. 15 min before closing and in walks a patient. I could feel the tension in the room. But after signing in. Stephanie grabbed my information and checked me in promptly. I saw Ted the physician, he was very professional and listened intently. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to my follow-up, as I feel my wellbeing is their priority. And that's hard to find now-a-days. Excellent experience

You’re feeling miserable and you just wanna feel better so it’s often tough to rate this experience. Sign in was quick and concise. It wasn’t busy I assume (or they are insanely fast) because as I sat down I was already called in. Staff was friendly and the PA was knowledgeable and experienced. No upsell or pressure. Timeline was communicated clearly. Genuinely feel like they just want to help. A+

Megan was a treat to get stitches from she was very understanding of my needs and let me listen to music.

We made an appointment on line and had very little wait time getting in to see a medical professional who was knowledgeable, friendly, and sensitive to our needs.

The entire staff from reception, medical assistant and physician on duty were all kind, professional and proved their competence in their roles!
I would go back there in a minute for any medical necessity.

I took my 90 yo mother here and was seen quickly and respectfully. We were concerned about my mother’s viral asthma and pneumonia and they treated it very appropriately. They were extremely attentive and she needs to follow up in 2 days to be sure she’s improving. I am an educated health care professional and I am familiar with good medical care. We received it from Ally and her work partners. Than you very much.

I only waited 45 minutes to get into a room and then waited about 20 minutes to be seen by a Dr. I was tested for COVID flu and strep and they were all negative. I was given an antibiotic for sinusitis.

This is my favorite urgent care. The staff is on the ball, polite, normal behaving lol, and efficient! It was clean and smart.

Great place, nice welcoming. The atmosphere was wonderful and I got in and out in minutes.

Really fast in and out location with great staff. We have used them for multiple physical exams and also when my wife got the Flu.

The np (or pa) was very helpful in clarifying that certain antibiotics would possibly counteract with the medications I am currently taking. The front desk seemed to be very organized in servicing patients. Overall it was a good experience

This is my only Urgent Care I go to when I’m not feeling well. They have an outstanding staff with the best quality and care.to everyone who walks in the door. I want to thank you all for being so invested in everyone’s health and wellness including mine!
Although, I don’t want to be sick, it’s comforting for me to know they are there to take care of me.

I send my son to this facility because he was sick with a cold. It appears that he was told that the deductible was $95, this is in violation of this clinic with the insurance company. You can’t accept payment from the insurance and increase the deductible at your convenience. Very disappointed with their businesses practice. My son was told by the office staff that visit is $300+ and that the insurance only cover $200+ so they wanted the difference. One pays insurance and the doctors who agreed to received it agreed to their payment and the deductible. Physicians do not and can not just change the deductible at their convenience. Is also important to recognize that they staffed this clinics with PA’s and Nurse practitioner that only get small fraction of that visit cost. Shameful!
