UrgentMed Urgent Care Plantation FL

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Made me felt comfortable. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the doctor. If I ever have to go to an Urgent Care facility again, this will be my first choice.

I wish I had visited this center before going elsewhere. The staff was so professional and courteous. Gloria was very welcoming, Roger greeted me with such a smile and listened to my concerns as he made notes. The icing on the cake was Dr. Celine. OMG! What an amazing experience! Her personality, great bedside manner, care and concern, the inate ability to listen, and to prescribe the correct meds were beyond exceptional.

This is where one should go if they are in need of urgent care.

One of the worst vaccine shot I EVER received in my entire life from one of the medical staffer in the back. I was called to the counter and front my first interaction, rude and don’t know anything about customer service. If you don’t like your job quit or don’t work in the medical field. Because part of it is how you treat people. That what people remember, how they were treated. Then I was given my vaccine shot by the same medical staffer. Who I believe on purpose forced a needle in my arm to where blood came out my arm. My arm still to this day after a month and a half after getting my vaccine I complained to the front desk. You cannot give vaccines like that. Now I have to find out what wrong with my arm.

Dr. Howeedy Ahmed is absolutely AMAZING. I have been dealing with some health issues and no one would listen. He immediately ran some test because he knew what I was describing meant some serious issues. I am so happy I now have a diagnosis to look after my health and I am forever grateful to him for really showing concern. I highly Recommend him should anyone have some issues and is feeling unheard. And I also want to express how fabulous the whole entire staff from the front desk to the nurse and everyone I saw that day. My gratitude to each and everyone of them. Thank you

Was able to make an appointment next day, no wait when I got there, Celina Costa was the physician and she was extremely thoughtful, thorough, knowledgeable and super nice on top of it. UrgentCare is not cheap but with the experience I had I walked out feeling like I would have paid more.

It was an excellent experience.
From the time I walk in till the end.
Everyone seems to know what are they are doing.
Very caring, they treat everyone beautiful!

Best experience I’ve had in an urgent care. Service was very professional and caring, all the staff was truly worried and doing everything they could to make me feel good and care for, Celina, the doctor is very knowledgeable and helped me feel better immediately plus was able to diagnose what was going on with me after been sick for almost 2 months. Took my seven year old son to UrgentMed. Everyone from the staff up front, the nurse, the doctor all were kind, friendly and patient. They made my son feel very comfortable and were so kind to him. They were thorough and professional. Great experience, thank you!

It is best to book an appointment here because they are busy! I booked an appointment for same-day, within the hour. The PA Costa was kind, attentive, and caring. She listened and restated concerns. She brought me a satisfactory solution for my issue. Make sure you wear a mask!

Lack of compassion and consideration. Specifically ask when I was registering if they accepted my insurances. I was informed “yes” they do accept it, to then have the audacity after waiting for over two hours for them now tell me that my insurance is not accepted. Unbelievable! Waste of time especially when you are feeling ill. Again NO compassion and consideration for the ill

Highly recommend coming to the Plantation UrgentMed, the staff is so friendly and helpfu! The Dr. Is extremely knowledgeable, she gives great detail into what your visit purpose is, the fastest and best experience I have had at a Urgent Care facility. It was very easy to make an appointment online. Once there the office was vey clean and the staff was great from the front desk to the triage to the doctor. Definitely going back to this location when needed.

If u have any severe symptoms like pain or nausea and need to see a Dr urgently then you should avoid this place. Time taking process from check-in to seeing the Dr. They do not understand how to comfort a patient or attend to urgency. 45 mins+ before you see the Dr. So be advised. Wish u speedy recovery. DR are good though

What a great experience at this location. It was a Sunday and they only had 3 people working but everyone was so nice. The front desk associate was managing everyone very well since we did have to wait more then an hour. Her name is Santina! Thank you for all that you guys do.

The only complain is better management is needed for people with appointment. Eventhou took appointment wait time was bad. Had very good experience with the nurse and PA who saw me and both welcomed very well and PA was very knowledgeable and understanding and the medicines she recommended gave me relief in a day.
