The staff was very nice and welcoming, we were seen right away. We did save our spot online prior to arriving. For an urgent care vet it is on the more affordable side to me. My Mila felt a lot better immediately after being seen.

My cat went missing. He is a senior cat with hyperthyroidism and 7 weeks later he was found nearly a mile away from home skin and bones.

We took him to UrgentVet in Brandon and they were so kind, thoughtful and took great care in examining him and running some needed tests. He felt very content in their facility. Their pricing is reasonable and I felt like he was in great hands with them. Staff were very patient and addressed every single concern and question I had. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my boy- and if needed, would definitely go to them again! 100% recommend.

I came in today panicking (first time dog mom) because my 7 month old puppy could not stop throwing up. They were unbelievably nice when i called, very emotional, and gave me very clear instructions on how to set an appt.and an estimate of how much everything would cost. When i got there, my wait time was so minimal. Ariel (i really hoping i’m spelling that right) was an absolute dream. She related to me and made me feel so much better. She also has the same breed i do. My Kilala loved her and it’s so easy to see why. She was unbelievably nice and calm despite my stress. I can’t say enough good about her and the amazing vet. They were so helpful and set me at ease. My Kilala is now resting at home, totally pooped from the day she’s had. Any issues or concerns i have in the future, they will be my first call and the first place i go! Thank you guys!:)

We took our Pitbull in because his eye was red. Turns out it is an infection. They were so good with Bear. They put him right at ease and he was calm and let them do what was needed. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because we had a long wait. There isn't an option for 4.5 stars. Someone else's pet had an emergency and of course they had to take precedence. They came to us when they could and took great care with Bear and gave us good instructions for home care. We will be back if the need ever arises again. Just wish they were a regular care vet as well. We would def come here.

My pup had a laceration that needed treated on short notice over the weekend and Haley and the rest of the team took good care of her. They were quick, kind and the price seemed reasonable for an emergency stop. They were really great with her post sedation and even trimmed her nails while she was loopy. All of the staff was kind and I would certainly come back but hope not to:)

Even though they call themselves an urgent vet, they're not equipped with an operating room, so after spending $1500 there on a Friday night, the job wasn't accomplished and we had to find another vet the next day to operate on the dog. And come to find out, we were ridiculously overcharged for the sedation. Blue Pearl vet charges $125 to sedate for an x-ray, where Urgent Vet ended up costing us around $600 for the same thing. We also waited about 1.5 hours in the waiting room just to get the x-ray going, and that was after I complained about the wait. Who knows how long it would've been otherwise.

Took my 4 y/o American staff there yesterday for a fractured tooth. The staff there was thorough, kind, and informative. I have a high maintenance dog regarding medical history and the staff was very understanding. I felt comfortable leaving my girl there to get an unplanned tooth extraction. Shout out to Dr. D’amico and Oxana you two rock! You both make an incredible difference in veterinarian medicine.

Long wait despite being first appointment. All meds used were extremely overpriced. Not sure if my cat’s health has improved (after spending nearly a thousand dollars here).

Our dog was very very sick when I brought her in. Everyone treated her with the best care. I was able to call and see how she was doing. The vet called to give me a vital update. The appointment process and the arrival check in is so easy. You are quickly put unto a room upon arrival. Our followup visit day they were realky busy so running a little beyond so I recieved a text message in plenty of time telling me the appointment had to be pushed back which allowed me to keep my sick pup in the comfort of home to wait. Thank you to the staff for all the care and compassion shown to me during this stressful time and especially for the creat care you gave my pup.

Had to take my little guy in on NYE because his little paw got infected. The staff was very sweet and helpful you can tell they all love what they do they had great communication with not only each other but also with myself. My little guy is feeling much better and is on the way to a speedy recovery thank you guys for taking your time on a holiday to help us with a smile and much compassion.

I'd like to explain why the 1 star. Every employee seemed to be genuinely concerned as to what they had just had to do (put a cat down). Our appt was at 12: 20. While enroute we rcvd a text there had been an emergency and appt pushed to 12: 40 (no problem). We waited almost 2.5 hrs before being seen. Again, the team seemed nice but I would suggest better staffing or something. As if waiting a total of over 3 hrs wasn't enough, we had our 9 month old baby with us.so.not a good experience. They weren't sure what the issue was with our dog, gave us meds to take home and a shot while there. Don't plan on going back if I can avoid. Cost was affordable enough I suppose

This was the second time we used Urgent Vet. The staff and DRS were compassionate and caring.
The wait was as specified.
Would recommend this location for your emergency pet needs.

The staff here are amazing - they truly care about each and every fur baby. They do their best to the wait time to a minimum and consistently provide updates so you are always aware of what’s going on during the treatment process. Aria and I thank you guys very much for helping us

Compassion, honesty and excellence and cleanliness are the words I choose. If you ever need emergency services for your pet, this is where you need to go.

I took my cat on New Years Eve and was so kindly taken care of by the staff. The facility is lovely and every team member we crossed paths with was warm and compassionate. Nobody wants to go to an emergency vet, but if you must, this is a wonderful place.

When we arrived were the only one on the board. We went right into a room which was great however we waited over 2 hours and ended up leaving. Apparently the vet had a surgery which is fine but let us know in the beginning that it maybe a wait and give us updates. One update in two hours.
