US Aluminum did an outstanding job on my birdcage from start to finish. The employees from the sales person, to the project manager to the installers was top notch. Communication with the project manager, Jason though every step of the project was fantastic. I highly recommend US Aluminum.

True professionals at there trade, JP and William treated my property with respect from the time they arrived till the time they left.

I don’t recommend this company, they do not communicate well.
First they said to send information about our house so they will contact the HOA for approval. We send the documents to Us aluminum and wait for two weeks with no replies.so we followed up and they said “ No, you need contact the HOA” ok no one replied to our emails to explain that.
Second - we have agreed with the sales man to have two fans installed. On the end of the project they said we did not understand because we didn’t have the fans with electric installation. I’m sure we talked about that and he drew on the project documents. I contacted Loren and she never called us back. Just overall poor customer service. Constant promises of appointments and constant rescheduling.

Hurricane Ian bent the whole back of my pool screen cage inwards. I interviewed & received quotes from 5 companies. Field sales rep Chris came to home and was very knowledgeable, friendly & answered all my questions thoroughly. After research of reviews, guarantee, and quality of product, I chose US Aluminum. Plus, the price was the best. The office staff was helpful, understanding & quickly responded to my emails. Tear-down/installation crew were organized, courteous & neat. Only took 2 days to complete. My new pool cage is beautiful. I am very satisfied and grateful.

I engaged US aluminum to put a birdcage around my back patio. Their price was very reasonable compared to others I had gotten proposals from. Upon completion I was very happy with the quality of the birdcage. I have since had two bolts come loose. I called them and they were very prompt about doing the necessary work free of charge. I’d definitely recommend this company.

We had to wait on a variance from our County. Once that was completed, the screen room installation was done in just 2 days. Quality of materials and workmanship was fine. The price was great as well. We highly recommend US Aluminum.

Roberto came out and discussed options, with no pressure in any direction at all. He has expertise and experience with the actual install of these structures, so he's the best salesman for discussing the job.

After I made my decision, everything went like a well-oiled machine. The project management and scheduling staff were responsive and skilled, as was the wonderful gentleman who provided procession measurements to coordinate the parts and plans of the install.

Between needing to have a new survey done for permitting and a rainy summer, I was getting ready to move my planned installation done out further than I'd hoped. But US Aluminum made it happen.

Angel and Dan came out and were as courteous and professional as you could want. And on top of that, they were so good at doing the job right, navigating through a couple of snags, and working hard to create a beautiful end product.

I love my screen addition from US Aluminum! They are a talented and charming team who put together a great end result.
Was it free? No, I had to budget for my purchase, but it is well worth it!

Everything was perfect, they finished 4 days before that was scheduled. JP and Willian installed the fence in few hours. Wonderful job!

From the first interaction with their Sales Rep Chris S.we were very satisfied with our interactions. Chris was obviously experienced and knew his business. The Scheduling crew in the office kept good contact and open lines of communication. Our project was a small one but they treated us and our project like their business depended upon our satisfaction. Their crews were very conscientious about our yard, keeping things clean and orderly. If they had questions they asked and did not make assumptions. The longest part of the process was dealing with the local town and the permitting process which US Aluminum handled like pros. There were several instances where they were able to move up the time table and get things done quicker that helped us get this project completed quicker. Just a side note, we had Hurricane Idalia come through and it didn't affect our schedule in a negative way.

All in all, great price, completed ahead of schedule, good communications and setting expectations. If you have a bad experience with these folks, chances are you're the issue or the HOA is unreasonable.
