This Business is a Scam and they broke the contract and went out of business and have negatively affected my life and credit. There is a special place for the people who knew they were bankrupt but continued to sell cars and warranties knowing they were not going to be able to honor any of it. Businesses shouldn’t be allowed to practice in this manner. We need to change the government and make them accountable and do their job in monitoring these businesses and not allowing them to hurt thousands of people in multiple states! #wethepeople

I purchased an extended warranty with us auto sales and my car needs fixed and us auto sales won’t fix it. Do not buy anything from us auto sales. My ac is broke and they don’t care at all.

I recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a used vehicle. No matter what your credit or financial situation these guys have a way to get you a vehicle. Literally, they have flexible down payment options, lay a way plans, low down payment plans and unlike other dealerships they really can get anybody and everybody a car loan. And every vehicle they sell you is guaranteed free 30 day warranty and then you can purchase a 3 year 36k mile additional warranty for like a couple dollars a month. I don't work here, honestly. Just met these guys today. Went in with $650 left a couple hours later with the car I wanted. Left with more than that, they told me if I ever need repairs call them first and they'll help me get it set up through the warranty company. Not because they have too, they just offered because they have more experience with the process and have a relationship with reputable repair shops that the average person would have to figure out on their own. I'll never buy a vehicle in Lake City again, Roundtree Moore sold me a lemon and were just horrible about having any type of customer relationship after I drove off the lot. Had a nightmare experience with my last car and couldn't even get it serviced or get recall work done on it at Roundtree Moore. These guys at this dealership are nothing like them! I'm truly grateful I happen to stumble across this dealership. Putting my Roundtree Moore nightmare behind me now and moving in a USAuto Sales Mazda!
