U.S. Customs and Border Protection (MCO) reviews
4Govt workers and govt work at its best. Ridiculous and shameful. 3 to 4 hours to get thru customs and no way to get relief. So sick of our govt and the waste of our tax money. Hell you can cross illegally easier. Your a joke
At least have a couple white people in secondary screening to hide the racial profiling! Only Latinos are being called to secondary screening when they are Latinos themselves. They act like they have authority over you when the only thing they have over you is a horrible mean spirited attitude.
It is sad to see officers take advantage of their position when they talk to tourists. Despite the necessary restrictions and security procedures, there is no need for law enforcement officers to mistreat people that do not speak the language.
LET US CUSTOMS INSPECT YOUR BAGS, BUT ASK TO GET THEM AS SOON AS THE BAGS ARE SCANNED, DO NOT LET US CUSTOMS TRANSFER YOUR BAGS TO ANOTHER TERMINAL, OR YOU WILL BE WAITING FOREVER.
Arrived to MCO on Saturday April 15th at 10: 30pm. A woman from U. S. Custom, who could barely speak english, took my bags for inspection, and told me to go to continue to the main terminal to pick them up. I've been waiting for my bags for 2 hours and the suggestion from the airline personel is to go to a hotel and come back tomorrow because USC is very slow and is always behind. US Custom, your luggage inspection system is the worst! Find a way to inspect bags right on the spot so travelers do not have to waste time due to your ineptitude moving them to other terminals. Also, airline employees tried to contact USC personnel many times, and nobody answered. Hire different employees or more if not enough hands to do the job. Update: bags came out 3 hours later. RIDICULOUS!
