I love my Durango! Included, right before Christmas, was a denied warranty claim for the blown head gaskets! So thoughtful of Frank to make sure he and his bogus mechanic took advantage of somebody with poor credit and just enough income. Couldn’t imagine how I would feel if I could actually drive the vehicle I just bought 30 days ago. I guess 2000 down wasn’t enough, another 4400 will do the trick. And thanks for holding my plate, hostage, until my first payment. Glad it wasn’t lost. FYI…. Passenger window still doesn’t work.

It’s been two 2 years when we but the first car from Frank since that time we’ve been really like a family.we bought our fourth car from him he made the process so easy and smooth for us. I live in Naples. Frank and Lisa brought me my car all the way from Fort Myers. These guys deserve all the kind words and beyond. I have a 1 year old baby and a fiancé who works 12 hours a day! We went there on my fiancé’s only day off and decided on buying 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe. Great price, great condition just a little noise issue we have noticed nothing major, They fixed it within less than 24 hours and brought me my car all the way to my house. We bought 3 cars from them so far and definitely will continue to do so. They are the most kind, honest, genuine people.

Although shopping for the car was a decent experience the owner wasn’t too personable. He offered a window tint for exchange of my used 2002 Lincoln which was beyond my repair. I not only work full time but I’m a full time student so finding the time to get the windows tinted was a challenge. The person recommend to me by the dealer for the window tint was extremely kind and responsive but the owner of the dealership avoided my texts leaving me on read when I went to communicate to him about his exchange for the window tint. (Mind you I already gave him the car.) I’m aware I waited a long time to schedule my window tint but, the least the owner could have done seeing as how I gave him my car in exchange for the window tint, was either turn off his read receipts or kindly answer that I unfortunately waited too long.

This is a great car dealership! Frank and Jamin listened to what I wanted and didn’t just throw me any car. They were are awesome.
