Very Reliable and amazing service. The crew is great and trustworthy. Many times I have been to them with delaer paperwork of service. They have always guided me properly and saved me thousands of dollars.

DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL COST.
I came in for a basic oil change.
I take care of the my cars maintenance so I know everything is fine and up to date.

They try to sell me a bunch of random things, i say no to all except the oil change and air filter change

This man wants to come back and tell me my oil cap is chipped and it’ll cause a leak if I don’t buy the metal one…. I have never had any sort of issue due to an oil leak or my mechanic that i’m typically loyal to would have said something.
I can assure you they chipped it on purpose to make me buy the metal oil cap.

Tried to come and save some money, ended up spending more money than expected.

Do not come here unless you want your stuff broken on purpose.

Mr.brakes down the block is amazing if you need any services done, genuine and honest with you.

Staff is professional, knowledgeable, and quick. Came in to get a tire mounted and balanced. We were greeted like family, immediately given a bay, and out of there in less than an hour. My daughter was being fussy and the owner gave her a pastry that instantly made her happy. With his quick team and kindness they have gained customers for life!

Have been with USA Auto for awhile and have to say they have always kept my car in good shape. They always let me know ahead of time what i should start budgeting for, that's a great help. It keeps my car from having to get major repairs.thank you guys!

JUST HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SHOP. THE MECHANICS WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME WITH MY CAR.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I went in simply for an oil change and asked the guy to print out a list of the suggested fixes for my car. I told the guy I want to just do an oil change and if they could check for me on the valve cover gasket (which I had believed I previously done). So at this point all I’ve asked for was an oil change and to check on the gasket. He came back and said it looked like we did it already. So at this point I’m just thinking I’m getting an oil change. Almost two hours pass and I’m wondering what’s taking so long. They finally came with the bill and I was charged 400 for parts and labor for an oil pan change. This was an issue that 1) wasn’t listed on the sheet they gave me 2) they haven’t even looked at my car yet 3) since they didn’t look at my car and it wasn’t listed how was I charged for this especially since I didn’t ask for it? They’re nothing but scammers trying to get one over you. If you go here don’t let them talk you into anything no matter how bad they make it sound.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS. We brought our car in for a simple part change that would
have cost us $200.00 and were told that we needed an entire new computer system that would cost us $1,500.00. When we disagreed with their findings they tried to keep our vehicle hostage, until my husband threatened to call the police. They released the vehicle and we took it to another shop and had a diagnostic ran twice and was told our computer was fine and we only needed to change the part on the vehicle. The sad part is that we were loyal customers to this company for almost 4 years and they tried to RIP us off. If you want to be cheated out of your money, then go to this shop otherwise STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

They are reliable and honest. Wait time for service is usually not that long. Been a customer for 10 years

Stay away from this shop! These people are NOT AAA rated even though they have their old sign still on display. They LOST their certification due to fraudulent repairs, charging people for parts they don't actually change instead they spray painted brake parts so they seemed new! Hope they change their practices and learn from their mistakes. It just isn't right to do that to clients that trust you and can't help themselves.

Was told I needed a new part in my air conditioner to the tune of $271.65 plus tax. Took the vehicle to two different Mazda dealers. Guess what? No part is necessary! STAY AWAY!

Do not spend your money here. This Business is very dishonest and has deceptive business practices. One star is a bit generous for this business.

Oil changes are always fast. Cheaper than most of their competition! Customer service is excellent. As a woman I feel comfortable bringing my car here because they never try to tell me I need extra work done on my car that I know is not needed.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO DO ALL JOBS ON YOUR CAR, NO MATTER BRANDT OR MODEL, TECHNICIANS ARE SPECIALIZED, GOOD WELLCOMING AT FRONT, YOU CAN SPEAK IN PORTUGUES AND SPANISH AT FRONT OR IN THE SHOP, COLD DRINKS A VENDOR MACHINE AND FRESH COFFE, RECOMMENDED.

They do the right thing instead of play a fool on you and make u come back again n rip u off. I trust them. A1 job +

Took my car to this place and I was given a wrong diagnosis. The end result was my car was a total loss.
Beware!

This is the worst car workshop, I do not recommend anyone, I have them make an arrangement to my car which never looked good even with the car three times for a guarantee.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Bad service. Came in for an oil change and they broke the air bags on my truck. Heard an explosion and they were going to cover it up. I went to see what was the holdup and they finally told me. The owner yelled at me and treated me as if it was my fault. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST.

The mechanic gave us a set price that would have to be payed once the car was fixed as soon as we got there to pick up the car after being serviced he changed the price and we ended up paying way more than expected and instead of honoring the initial price we was told it was a honest "mistake" that they could do nothing about DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS THEY DONT DESERVE A STAR!
