Chain Link Installers Willie and Jason from the Englewood Office are the best! They work hard, fast and professional. 5 stars for these guys! As far as my experience with the managerial part of the company, I hate giving only 3 stars because they did accomplish, to my satisfaction, my fence installation but if only they would communicate in a timely manner they would own Florida. Communication is free but boy does it go a long way in customer satisfaction. Saves needless worries and concern.

Stuart went out of his way to help me and he cut my posts to the proper size for me. He is an excellent addition to your staff!

I am the owner of Good Karma Fence Company. I have been doing business with USA fence for well over 30 years. In fact I worked for them at one point. I would like to comment about one particular person, his name is Steven. I have seen him go from a warehouse worker in the vinyl Department to the manager of the front end parts / sales handling vinyl, wood, chain link, aluminum, and everything in between. This guy has really stepped up to the plate and I would like to recognize him for his work ethic and his ability to move up the ranks and really do exceptional work. I am so glad that he is there because the previous guy that was up front was not so good. I will continue doing business with USA fence and I especially want to thank Steven, not to minimize everyone else in the back of the house because everyone there works very hard but there are too many people for me to name in this post

Horrible customer service, horrible work done.
Please go with any other company do not hire USA fence. They’re fast to take your money but good luck getting help or getting anyone on the phone. They do a horrible job installing your fence and charge you a fortune for it. They send people to install your fence that have no idea how to install it. Just go with any other company and stay away from this one! It’s a family owned scamming company and they’re just horrible. I would never recommend them to anyone ever!

I only gave one star because I could not give 0, but they deserve a 0 star. Now I understand all the bed reviews, they are so unprofessional, terrible customer service, the lady that answered the phone she was so rude, the guy that came to my house to do the estimate didn't want listen to us, only his opinion matters, like was his house, we decide to do with family fence, they are the best.

I had my wood fence put in about 5 or 6 years ago the wood is already rotting! We need to replace about four sections already! Our old fence was over ten years old and was not rotting! I would never use them again!

Did not use this company for this project, Was informed it would take over 48hrs to get a commercial estimate. Fencing must be great to not have a sales man available for days.

We had a fence installed by this company 4 years ago.give or take. Just recently I added a pool.i need to encompass the pool pump into my fenced in area. I called and asked for a quote. A guy came out, nice guy, and gave me a quote. To re install what I removed on both sides of home and add x2 6' sections.was $957. I did not take this route. I installed one side of home myself and called to get a quote on parts for the other side. Parts were $147. Really? But whatever. I was fine with it. I asked for delivery.an additional $35. Good deal. I was told to call back in the next day when the boss was in to make sure parts were available. The calls went back and forth for almost 3 weeks. I just dropped it for about a month the reapproached it recently. I called in to see if parts were there. I'm told that I'll get a call back. 2 days later I call back. I'm told to call someone else. I do and that person says I'll get a quote together.call office tomorrow and we will take care of it. I call next day.no one has any idea what I'm talking about. But the gentleman on the phone says.get me some measurements and ill check and call you back. I call back later and am told they will leave a message with boss and I'll get a call next day. I call back in 2 days and again no one has any idea. I call the boss.he says he will be in office later that day and to call. I worked late and missed that call in but sent a text that I'd call on Monday. I did and text a few more times. I'm told they dont have an exact match of what I have.great I say. I'll take it. I give CC info.address.and am told it will be delivered Monday morning. Monday came and left. I text boss.no replies.it's now Tuesday.still no reply. I've finally had enough. I requested that they do not deliver or charge my account. I think that was handled the best way I possibly could.

We had our fence installed by Ernie and Steve. They asked many questions at the beginning to understand what we wanted. They worked hard and had it finished in less than a day and a half. We were very impressed with the results. Great job!

The fence install turned out good, no complaints there. The sales rep and office staff were also good and responsive. My issue is that the installers took all the excess dirt and rocks they dug up for the fence install and spread it out over my yard. Literally half of my yard is covered in dirt and rocks. So much dirt, that you can't even see most of the grass. Then it rained that evening, so now half of my yard is a muddy mess. When I pay $850 for an approximately 30ft section of fence, I expect to not have half my backyard ruined. There is no remedy for this; the dirt was deliberately spread into the yard, making cleanup impossible. I don't care how good their fence product is, I will never use this company again and I will warn others to do the same.

We had our fence installed today by Ernie and Brian. They did a fine job. They made some adjustments necessary to make the fence work as planned. They asked some questions about how we will use the fence and included that knowledge in their installation. They took great care in explaining how the fence will be installed. They were prompt in reporting to the job and completing the work. They cleaned the area and left no waste or debris after the work was completed.in short, we are very pleased with the installation, and the fence will meet our needs in containing our pet.

I was greeted at the door and received some of the best service possible. They were quick to assist me with all of my needs. Overall great service from great people!

USA fence has been supportive of the community as long as I can remember.
They are a grass roots business and the only one I use or recommend.
