Replace my springs last night, very professional.i will defiantly use again USA garage doors and gate repair and installation!

I am disappointed in what appears like a bait and switch. I was told it would be around $265 x 2 to replace garage springs plus $275 to install. When I got the invoice it was $392.80 x 2=$785.60 to replace the 2 springs plus $275 to install. I feel that I was misled and cheated.

Very happy with their garage door repairs. Wonderful service and price. The guys were really friendly and skilled. I called the office and within 3 hours the garage door was back to perfect. 10/10

I had my electric gate repaired by USA Gate earlier this year. They came out pretty quick and ended up installing a new Liftmaster gate opener. After a couple weeks we noticed there was a manufacturer defect in one of the wires. This was replaced under warranty by Roey the next day. They honored the warranty and replaced the part quickly. Very happy with this company.

I had a new impact garage door installed back in 2019 and called them back for a tune up because it was a little noisy. Besides the garage door they also fixed an old gate door that was dragging on the ground for a couple hundred bucks. Great guys, friendly office and fair prices! Really know what they are doing.

I have mixed feelings about this company. I do find the office staff to be very friendly and easy to deal with. I had problems with my gate and is only on the right side I ordered a new arm for the gate and this company quoted me $450 just to put one arm on a dual gate. When they install the arm the install was done inaccurately and they didn't even connect the wire to the batteries. I told them previously before coming that they're going to have to connect it cuz we disconnected to avoid gate from opening closing on his own. They still never check that and they said the gate is not opening. I called a different company to come do a diagnostic on the gate and they did confirm that the gate was improperly installed the new company then fix the arm that was not done properly. They also diagnosed rest of the gate as well.

They are very updated with their service and they always use good quality materials, equipment. Gal and his crews did a great job at the time of new garage door installation.  I am satisfied.

This is just preaching to the quire but
In 2019 I got broken on of my sprigs on the door
So my wife cal them and then fixed later to my surprise I find out she was charged over $1700.00 for that service
She was completely ripped off on the price
Customer service was no help whatsoever
They got the $ and they don’t care, I check prices for that repairs and was not that hard to find my wife was almost double charged
Now: the reason I’m posting this now coz yesterday we lost power and when i was closing garage door manually I find they not even balanced the door coz they drop like dead weight almost smashed my neighbor dog
I don’t say they all bad but in my case we where ripped off
My wife don’t know about this stuff and she did not contact my and she was taken advantage of
The repair was under my wife name

Great compagnie. They worked with my schedule and were quite affordable. Matt is a great technician, very respectful.

It is unfortunate that I could not give you 5 stars. Your customer service is the worst. Right after the new door was installed I called Gail and told her that there is a gap at the top of the door that needs to be caulked. The installer pointed this out to me but did not have caulk with him. She told me "I will have someone swing by next week to fix it". A week went by no caulking. So I sent a text with an image. Waited another week. Finally called again and spoke with Gail and after some discussion was to call me back. NEVER DID. Really bad communications and customer service.

Absolutely the best, went above and beyond to do my garage door perfectly. I will recommend Usa Garage Door to anyone and everyone. Thank you once again Usa Garage Door.
