USA Tools, Miami FL

I recommend this store, I visited it for the first time yesterday, a Delta auto parts worker was the one who told me about this place, I found what I was looking for, and the service was excellent from a man, possibly the oldest in the place, thank you.

Customer service at this tools store in Miami is excellent, as is the variety of top-quality tools.

I order an item with a ship date of July 19. I used the contact form twice with NO response. I called and gentleman who answered the phone said a sales person would call me to advise status of my order. Hummmm?

A fraud business, never would buy nothing from there again, when to buy a tool that I need it and charge me more than double, don't recommend it at all.

I called before ordering and was assured that if I ordered online my order would ship within 2 business days. 1 1/2 months and many phone calls later I canceled my order because it still hadn't shipped. In addition to that the customer service was really subpar. I will not be ordering anything from them again.

These people are crooks. They advertise a product then sit and switch. Then won't take it back new in box. Do not do business with them
