11I had an appointment for 12 and I arrived at 11: 45 and I was done 11: 52! Great service! The whole experience was smooth and pleasant.
Maybe all the answer to getting great reviews is by not answering a phone. Absolutely ridiculous you have to drive 30 minutes out of your way to speak to someone because all they have is an automated machine that repeats itself over and over with information witg NO relevance to your call until it disconnects
Staff is very caring and accommodating to children with special needs. I am so pleased on how they helped our family. Thank you good folks at USCIS ASC Fort Myers for all you do.
Probably the least frustrating gov office experience I've ever had. Arrived at 12: 45 for a 1pm appointment. Everyone was friendly and I was in and out at 12: 58.
Great staff! Extremely efficient. Honestly I never thought I'd have such a positive experience at a visa application center.
Don't usually review, especially government stuff. But credit where credit is due the staff here is fantastic.

WOW, the lady that greeted us today was one of the nicest people we've met, the whole staff was super friendly and kind. My daughter hugged the lady as we left. Honestly never been so blown away with an interaction with the government before. Are all American USCIS people this nice? Highly recommend!
I have never met nicer and more dedicated people in a government office than there. I watched them helping a family with two little kids filling in the forms and make them feel comfortable. Just wonderful. If everyone holding an official position worked like them, this world would be a better place.
