I went to the west Palm beach with my husband they gave him his 2 year residents we went in with our attorney the immigration office was very professional and they asked a lit of questions about out marriage the questions where very hard

Amazing experience with the immigration process. It take time the all proceeds but I was always be treated with respect and professionalism. The securities at the front were rude, nasty, disrespectful. His name is K. Goodlett. I would get the big, ugly, bald head in trouble for ripping my purse and throwing my things all over. While the Latino one, just steered and was one sided.
Supervisor was rude the whole staff was disgusting. The service was horrible. They all need to be trained in a customer service class because i couldn't even asked a question without getting a nasty stare.
Had to speak with a supervisor here because of scheduling conflict that arose in my case. She was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Never returning again.
