Great staff, everyone is very nice. You can sense hope in the air, considering why you would need to be here.

I was nervous because I saw all the reviews of that one rude security. Based on the description from other reviews, he was working the day of my appointment and.he was not rude at all. Have your ID and appointment letter ready and there will be no issues. He was very straight to the point and no nonsense. I'm getting the impression that many of the people who said he was rude were ones that were turned away because they didn't have an appointment (and still insisted of being seen that day) or were fumbling for their documents at the entrance when there were signs clearly posted on what you need to have for entry. Seriously, just be prepared and everything will be fine.

Great office! Everyone is friendly and helpful which considered as something rarely found nowadays. The process is fast. So lucky that this is the closest office to my house.

Horrible experience. I would have to write a whole novel to describe the experience. Either get it together or shut this place down for being incredibly slow at everything.

One of the most memorable days of my life (my son's swearing-in as a citizen) was marred by the attitude of the officer in charge of the main public access gate. The official was extremely rude to the people waiting to enter the office. In fact, I treat my other son as if I were taking a prisoner (I think that not even those deprived of liberty are treated that way). When I asked him why he didn't say good morning to those he was speaking to, why he didn't ask for identification or for us to step aside with a “please” and for him to speak to us in a more appropriate and respectful tone than someone who offers a security service in a federal office, he told me “I'm not here to ask anyone for favors. “I am here to control who passes and who does not pass. ” I don't remember the full last name but I do remember that it started with M, he spoke in Spanish with a Puerto Rican accent. When passing through the Treat visitors with respect.
I was able to get the name of the supervisor of the security company (last name Mojica) who I will call this week to give him my complaint about what happened today, Tuesday, November 21, so I also hope that the immigration office does its part to demand that the Officials security personnel who treat visitors with respect and consideration.

The facility is very nice and the ceremony was GREAT! However, there were a few employees that do not resemble the welcoming and supportive attitude that citizens of our country should demonstrate. The tattooed security personnel was still extremely discomforting and confrontational.

Also the masked gentleman verifying ID at the table was pretty rude. Instead of prefacing the questions should be answered with a ‘yes’ or a ‘no’. He arrogantly corrected my wife when she said yea instead of yes. I understand that these are legal terms that need to be used, but his response lacked tact in choosing the right way to converse with people.

This is america’s doorstep, we should be more welcoming than that.

What should I do to find out if my wife still has her green card active? She became green card holder many years ago (about 35years), since we moved to another country and had our son the situation got a little difficult to come back every 6 months so we assumed that she has lost her green card and the condition as resident. Please advise I greatly appreciate.

It seems that everything that has to do with immigration services is at a snail’s pace. My mom has been trying to get her legal documents rectified for years now, and she is still unable to travel out of the country until this is fixed. We just heard from our family that my mom’s sister just passed away. She can’t even attend her own sister’s funeral. It pains me to not be able to do anything to alleviate her pain during this time, and all we can do is just continue to wait to hear back from USCIS because there is never anything else to do but that. Once we do hear back God knows when, we have already lost someone important to us, and the urgency to go is filled with an incredible void that can never be replaced.

Today, October 10,2023, my appointment at 10: 40 am experienced a bad treatment by the security man at the door. The man who has tattooed his arms. He acted in an arrogant, hurtful, and challenging way, treating me as stupid when he asked me for my ID and he did not give me time to open my wallet that was in my hands when he ask again in a high tone. He made comments such as "working with the public is complicated", to which I answered "with you too. " On the way out I wanted to look his nametag but he was not sitting at his job, because he was talking to the body scanner officers. It is not the first time that this man gives bad service at his door. This message is for you security men: "If you do not like your work, if you are stressed interacting with the public stay at home cooking, I have met officers with high rank and better position than yours and they have had an excellent attitude. You are arrogant as a person, not because you are a door security guard. "

I want to say thank you to all the employees I encountered today at my appointment. Immigration office or government office in general isn't known for their nice people. But everyone at this office was really kind and respectful.
From the officer at the main entrance who gave us information about what to do and what to expect when we were waiting in the line outside before the building was even open.
And then officers at the bag inspection. I accidentally took my pepper spray key chain. I thought I was gonna get in trouble for sure, but they kindly told me that I could take it back to my car, and I asked them to throw it away as I didn't wanna get back in the line. And she even apologized for throwing it away even though I asked her to do it.
And then the man at the main desk who gave us our ticket, very nice and efficient.
The gentleman who interviewed me was exceptionally kind and welcoming, thank you for being wonderful and thank you for your service.
No one is trying to intimidate or be rude to you for any reason. And then the ladies at our ceremony were all very sweet.
This is the best experience I have ever had in any service industry so far. My interview was at 7: 30 and the ceremony was completed by 1030, which was not planned, but they held it for us because many of us passed the test.
And the entire process from start to end only took a month to complete. It's very fast and efficient. And the kindness of the employees at this office made the whole experience even better. Thank you so very much!

Very clean and quiet office, every member of the staff I interacted with, from security to check-in to my interviewer were friendly and welcoming. The only negative is how long I had to wait. My appointment was at 11: 15 am, and I wasn't called until 12: 30 pm or so.

Very strict but friendly service.
The established order is strictly observed, but at the same time a very kind attitude towards visitors and a willingness to help.
Thanks for your work.

The woman that was calling the names 7/25/23 to get in line so they can enter the room for the oath of allegiance ceremony is rude, her English is bad and talks too low and people from the back will not hear or understand her, and on top of that she mocked at someone yesterday putting the person in the spot in front of everyone. Rude and unprofessional person to be doing such important job!

Amazing government employees from the security at the front to the check in office to the immigration officer Johnson they are all amazing, mind you my self and my wife did work hard in studying the material, we spent hours learning from YouTubers and going through the interview question many many times over, that is why we sailed smoothly through the interview, it was quick, pleasant and joyful, thank you all USCIS employees, we are very proud to become us citizens, we will be fully loyal to the constitution and will fend off enemies of the USA with our lives.

VERY ORGANIZED AND SYSTEMATIC! You walk-in; register; wait for your interview, and if you're lucky, take the Oathtaking Ceremony right after. Thank you Officer Capello for the swift and smooth interview.
