Super organized, friendly staff, the doctor spends valuable times to take care of your personal needs and always on time is a bonus!

When I started coming here this was such an amazing place to be part of. Lately, they have been the worse. Cancelling appointments with little notice, not filling needed prescriptions even though is their fault you haven’t been seen. Long waits, not just in the waiting room, but try making an appointment. You might get to be seen in two months if your lucky.

So sad, hoping I can find a new doctor soon.

A few months ago I visited a GI Dr here to get scoped and asked for my total out of pocket charges prior to making my decision. I was given a price, which was in alignment with what I’d paid elsewhere for prior scopes. I agreed to schedule it and paid that amount upon arrival for the 20 minute procedure. Few months later I began receiving other bills for the procedure for an additional $3,800. After informing the morsani center they stated that they would not assist as it’s other providers charges. I told them as a patient, I asked them up front for my total financial obligation and paid that. How else can I make a decision to move forward beyond what I already asked them prior to? Be very cautious here as they are over billing and not straight forward when asking. Might want to consider another place.

Dr Rosario in the Gastro dept. AMAZING Human and doctor!

My wife and I saw Dr Rosario today! She was incredible, she didn’t rush us, and the first thing she did was introduce her self and ask about us to get to know us more. She even wrote our kids names down to remember them.

Bc of past experiences with doctors not taking us seriously I was very vocal about my concerns and that didn’t bother her. She listened to me and even worked with me to come up with a treatment plan for my wife that we agreed to and that would answer our concerns. Dr Rosário was very personable and even joked with us a few times just to make us feel comfortable in a difficult season. I would not go to anyone else if I were you and you weee dealing with and bowl issues. SHE IS THE BEST!

Best integrated medical care you can get in Tampa Bay. Form primary care to specialists, surgeons, even optometrist not to mention on site tests by highly qualified professionals operating for the same organization able to share and see your complete medical record.
Remember this is a teaching facility and if you see a resident doctor he reviews any diagnosis and treatment with a teaching professor.
MyChart app allows you to message the doctor directly, ask for a refill, and schedule or reschedule, view your test results, visit notes and much more.
Highly recommended.

Recently told if I don't see my doctor every 6 months, they won't give me a prescription for a life sustaining medication. The wait to see my doctor is 9 months. No one responds to phone calls, emails, anything ever. An example of how Healthcare as a business corporation fails.

If you're going to pretend to be a business at least treat us like a customer instead of dumb patients that don't know any better. As a customer all I can do is recommend you take your money elsewhere.

Although I like having USF close by, thinking that they might lean more to the advanced thinking and practice, it is untrue of the clerks. I had to postpone my annual physical in December 2022. The young lady by the name of K.booked the 'next available' appointment for October of 2023 (almost a year out). I have twice requested to see the primary earlier, especially since i had an event and the surgeon stated I should see my primary. This K person stated there was not an available time and that I would need to wait until October. However, she indicated that she would place me on a waiting list. I have been going to USF medical since 2008. I believe it may be time to switch the primary physician and group. The practitioners may be good, but the others are not.

Absolutely ridiculously long wait times for things like pap smear, over 1 year wait after you call or mammogram they won't schedule you until you've been seen by gynecology.

This place is by far the worst example of a medical facility you can find out there. I am a patient with a chronic illness, and I cannot receive my medicine because of their incompetence and lack of physicians.

You know how people say that in socialist healthcare systems you cannot get an appointment for months? Well, I tried to schedule an appointment with the endocrinology center in September and their earliest availability was April. Since my previous provider left, that is all they could do for me, they said. Think about it - it takes 6 months to get an appointment for an established patient. My condition is controlled, so I was fine even with that as long as they continued my medication. They agreed to do so and they even promised my prescriptions will be refilled.

Yet they did not refill my prescription as they promised. I tried to get my prescription at the pharmacy this month, but they said they tried to fax this place for days and received no response. I called in and they said they cannot refill my prescription because my former provider is out of the system. Imagine that! My prescription is vital to me. I could die or I could suffer irremediable damage to my body if I don't take my meds. This is not a hospital. This is a business with our lives.

Supposedly a great place but in actuality it’s a scam. Poor communication, poor physician experience, did not answer questions. Terribly SLOW.
Go elsewhere.
