Very Very Very POOR service!
Very slow to restart water service back up and running.
Hellooo? The water is super expensive yet no quality service? You have to serve what you charge!
Ive waited more than 6 hours+ since for the water to come back on and the representative told me to just wait but I have 2 kids in my house that need to use the water. No professionalism in customer serivce, and very inhumane.
My bill was $254.00 and we pay $150.00 last week because my wife lost her job, you disconnected the service because I was short $104.00, I payed the $104.00 at 9: 00 Am TODAY and im still waiting for the water come back on.
Customer service told me i have to wait i have to wait because they didnt have control of that.
