3 We checked into our Vacasa rental yesterday, 10/29/23. Upon arrival, I noticed that the condo (at 1900 Scenic Hwy 98, Destin) had obviously not been cleaned. The floors were disgusting, couch cushions were stained - even a blood stain, and I even found a hygienic swimsuit liner stuck to the wall in the room my daughter is sleeping in.
I immediately reached out to Vacasa regarding the lack of cleaning. Sent over 20 pictures, as requested. We were told a cleaning service would come today. It’s now 12: 30pm and we cannot get an answer from anyone. I’ve called the local Vacasa number associated with this google listing, and it’s someone’s cell phone that is not answering.
I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and requesting a return of payment from my bank due to fraud.

I just rented a Vacasa property in Destin FL. Terrible & highly disappointing. Pool unsanitary.standing water & frogs everywhere at night. Upstairs restroom only had one shower slide door. Mold in the bathroom downstairs. Terrible stains on the couch, absolutely no privacy as there are no blinds. House needs to be upgraded & deeply cleaned. This is 82 Terra Cotta. I will never stay here again & wouldn't recommend it to anyone. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. My feelings are so hurt behind this situation.not having a pool ruin the trip for me.
