Great atmosphere! Sushi was fresh and delicious! The food was cooked Wonderfully, and the steak was so tender. They also help you have a fun birthday lol

We were offered a voucher for a hotel. We were supposed to check in at the Welcome Center. We went to the Welcome Center today, hours on the outside said they were open at 12: 30 pm on Saturday. A clock was on the door that said be back at 1: 30 pm. We came back and no one was there. We are going to try tomorrow but we called, no one answered, we text, no one answered. I would not recommend this place. They are not good business people, they are scammers. Will update if vouchers and hotel stay are comped as promised by the business. Otherwise, I would highly recommend, never go here, never do business with them. Do not go, run from them.

Update: They were in office on Sunday when we went in. I'm giving them 3 stars because the hoops you have to jump through in order to get vouchers/your deposit back/etc. Does not make me want to ever do business with them. My husband spent like 30 minutes on the phone asking about hotel deposit he was supposed to get back, took him 30 minutes to get someone who knew what was going on, he was transferred like 10 times.

You want people to do business with you, you have to make it easier and make the whole thing more trustworthy. I would not recommend still. I have moved my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Oh yes, forgot to mention. We were told our hotel voucher would be for a nice hotel. It was not a nice hotel. It was more like a motel, so they lied also. Just FYI.

Love taking the family to Kobe's, especially when celebrating a birthday. If we lived closer, we would go more often.

We visited Kobe Japanese Steakhouse in the building. Great food and service. Hibachi experience with loads of food. It is on the pricier side. They add 18% gratuity automatically. Brought leftovers home.

Always a great time when you go to Kobe. It's really busy most of the time so I suggest you make reservations, or go for the more intimate setting of a private table. Food and presentation are always a A+ They also have premium A5 Wagyu Beef.

Kobe Japanese Steak House plus family gathering at its best. Dinner was delightful and satisfying.
