At Vacuum City, Andy (Aziz), was super nice, patient, & helpful. I was able to replace my old NuTone Central Vacuum hose & parts, Aziz even reconditioned my very old Carpet Roller Brush…. Now it works better than the new ones. A very pleasant experience. Thank you!

I brought my vacuum in for a minor repair and was pleased to see that the owner took the time to explain my problem, he cleaned my filters & overall I would recommend this shop for my vacuum needs.
UPDATE: four months later the canister on the part that he sold me (used) for $30 has broken. I brought my vacuum down, there was a woman there who told me 4 to 5 times how much she hates Dyson vacuums. She was unable to help me. Aziz was “not available”, (actually, no one was available except this woman who did not have any knowledge of vacuums) I am very disappointed, I paid double than the cost of the part itself, and received no help when it only lasted four months.such a disappointment.

Bought Miele from this place and could not be any happier. Regular maintenance included and works like a charm. Highly recommended business.

What a refreshingly positive and rare experience in customer service! Aziz stopped what he was doing when I came in with a vacuum cleaner with no suction. Expertly and politely, he disassembled the machine, found the problem, fixed it, then cleaned every part before he re-assembled it. Really? For $20? Who does this anymore? I found that he is from Morocco and is so appreciative of what this country has to offer. WELCOME Aziz, and congrats on becoming a citizen. We need to clone you. THANK YOU.
