Vagabond Hotel, Miami FL

There is no free breakfast yet they advertise that there is. They scanned and kept a copy of mine and my girlfriend’s ID, which is a privacy concern. When we arrived, the floors were dirty and unswept and we had to get housekeeping to clean them. The air conditioner had dust on it. No early check in & they require $250 deposit with a physical credit card. In the pool area, you can’t have your own drinks because there’s a bar there selling drinks. The grass at the pool is fake grass. The pool and the smoking areas are decent. If I knew there was no breakfast I would have went somewhere else. I suggest looking at different places.

Great area, clean rooms, nice staff, cool pool & bar, walkable restaurants & shopping, so much better than the noise and drama of south beach

We were able to accomplish the goal with the support of your team. We'll be back the next year. They greeted him with a slice of chocolate cake on a tray with "Happy Birthday" written on it after we casually mentioned it was his birthday. It was simply beautiful, our star. We had a great time on vacation and wanted to extend our stay. It's strongly advised!

We loved staying at the Vagabond Hotel. The pool area is gorgeous! 24 hour free coffee in the lobby, friendly accommodating staff, excellent neighborhood off the main tourist track. Be sure to book directly through the Vagabond hotel website.

The Vagabond Hotel was a gem. My Wife and I were treated like royalty, and we wanted for nothing. The room was very clean, and rather spacious. It was never noisy even during Thursday and Friday party night. We had a drink at the bar, and found it delightful. I doubt if visitors here will have anything less than a wonderful stay!

When I had to cancel my trip last minute due to Covid restrictions, the team at Vagabond was very helpful and waived the cancellation fee. So thoughtful!

They are extremely friendly and courteous! Simply put, this hotel makes me happy and comfortable! Because of their outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this hotel! Furthermore, their costs are reasonable!

(Pandemic notes: stayed at the Vagabond in Nov-Dec 2020 and never once did I witness anything outside of protocol. Staff were safe and reliable, policies were enforced and observed regularly)

This was my first time ever in Miami where I stayed on the 'main land' as opposed to South Beach and it was a FANTASTIC experience. I in know way knock the lure of the ocean, it's fantastic and south beach is incredible, but I urge you to see more of Miami when you're there.

The Vagabond was a cherished piece of Miami history that we very nearly lost. Luckily a new ownership group swooped in and restored it to brilliance and in the process made it a fantastically situated spot in which to soak in the city on famed Biscayne Blvd. Wether you are outdoors sitting around the immaculately kept poolside area, in your sharply designed and curated room, or on the property at the attached restaurant (Mr Mandolin) you have found a great temporary home. There are INCREDIBLE dining options all around the hotel in every direction, walking distance away.

The Vagabond is a great place to start or end your Miami stay.

This is Motel, not Hotel. They hired a great photographer to show the place.it doesn't look like that.it is also located in a very unsafe part of town. Fake ultra green grass by the pool was my fav. They also tried to charge me 210$ for the room hahahaha

I was very upset to discover that this hotel was outside of the area that was represented on the booking website I used. It was described differently, also, as a Hotel setting. I am wary of being in a big city and having a door that opens to the outside public where anyone can walk up. Especially in an urban area. If this was represented differently I would not have chosen. I considered to stay for a moment, but after meeting some of the “locals” hanging outside on the sidewalk of the motel I decided my safety and my piece of mind were more important than staying at a motel.

Vagabond, please look into what info is being posted on 3rd party sites, and make sure you are being represented for what you are, which is not a “hotel on north Miami Beach”.
