Nobody answer the phone in this place.
Called several times on different days and time, left messages. NOTHING!
Terrible!

I think that all the good reviews are fictitious, my recommendation if you are thinking of moving ask the residents about the experience, it is disastrous, they clean the buildings once every three months, the garbage system is the worst, they spend up to 4 days without picking it up Not to mention maintenance, I have service orders for more than a year that have not been resolved, don't trust the model apartment, ask them to let you see the unit in which you are going to live, they usually deceive you with it, completely frustrating the experience of living in this condominium, the administration does not answer emails, does not answer calls, a total disaster, and this is the same feeling as most of my neighbors

Love the area Valencia is in and the team behind the property makes it THAT much better. Highly reccomend and I can't speak highly enough of the easy process of leasing and getting clear communication! 10/10 will be renting from them again!

Bought new car at night parked in my own spot and was given ticket no warning no notice directly they need money. An no help from management, manager doesn’t have time to understand residents problem.

Parking is problem still rent is high and what is the solution harassment of resident by giving parking ticket and not checking the actual people who parks in the wrong spot.

If you want to stay here you can’t invite anyone as there is no visitor parking available in evening.

I lived here for 5 years. Parking was a nightmare every single day. Towards the end they added a new system which took forever, but I don’t know if it made anything better since by the time they implemented it I finally had 1 vehicle only. The office is always closed and you have to go in person because nobody is ever there to answer the phone and they rarely reply to emails. If something breaks in your apartment be ready to deal with it for weeks and even months or simply go ahead and try to fix it yourself.

Mauricio was always very kind and tried make things better as much as he could, and a new girl at the desk whose name I sadly cannot remember was very helpful and understanding of how frustrating things can be. Unfortunately, not every member of the team was polite nor apologetic when frustration escalated and things were simply not getting resolved.

The best quality of this community is the kindness of the maintenance team who is always willing to help, super friendly and cheerful. The downside is that they cannot just go ahead and help you out if the order does not come from above.

This community is a great place to live. The public facilities are excellent and the staff is always willing and eager to help in any way they can when their assistance is needed. The property has undergone a lot of improvements recently which makes it an even nicer place to live then it already was. I highly recommend this neighborhood.

I am extremely happy with my experience at the Valencia at Doral. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the amenities are top-notch. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything I need. The units themselves are well-maintained and spacious, and the complex is always clean and well-kept. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a high-quality experience. Five stars!

Horrible service, they don’t care about the residents of this neighborhood
Everyday they switch up the rules to benefit them even when they’re wrong!
Now they’re handing out tickets like if they’re were candy out here.they want to increase our HOA fees yet they don’t fix anything around the neighborhood. Going to the association is pointless and useless to talk to them as none of them care!
Horrible neighborhood and asap association.
No regard or care for their residents!

I have been lucky to be in this community for the last 3 years. It’s a beautiful place with great amenities and a management that is always ready to help. The new gym is well equipped and clean. The pool’s furniture is very nice and confortable. I love resort style. Definitely recommended.
