Hello, unfortunately I am forced to change my opinion and explain: we made a purchase of over $200 a few weeks ago and I bought a perfume that my family did not like. Unfortunately I don't have the box, I came in search of a solution, at least change the product for a tester but no way, they need the box according to the lady who helped me. I just want to let customers know not to buy anything without first being sure that the product works for them, as it won't help them. For my part, they only lose one client and one reference. Another this perfume smells terrible.

I am extremely disappointed i recently made a purchase for a gift of the valentino voce viva perfume and when the box was opened it it is clear the perfume is fake the top is pink instead of RED. NOT WORTH BUYING FROM HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM A VERIFIED STORE

If I could give more stars I would, the order only took 2 days, the customer service was the best at all times, the perfume exceeded my expectations, the best in quality and price without a doubt

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent purchase of Creed perfume from your company. Unfortunately, the product I received appears to be fake and has not only left me thoroughly disappointed but has also led to adverse effects.

Upon using the perfume, I immediately noticed a distinct and unpleasant odor that not only failed to replicate the authentic Creed fragrance but also caused persistent headaches. Moreover, the product triggered a skin allergy reaction, further compounding my disappointment and discomfort.what was expected to be a quality fragrance, this experience has been disheartening. I am particularly troubled by the lack of response to my concerns, and it appears that customer satisfaction is not a priority for your company.
I believe it is essential for businesses to uphold the trust of their customers, and unfortunately, my experience with Valencia Perfume has eroded that trust. I would like to bring attention to the importance of providing genuine products and addressing customer concerns promptly.

I have purchased from Valencia Perfumes twice and each time I have had a positive experience. They ship products fast and package the products with care. I will definitely continue purchasing from them in the future.

My favorite place to please myself in terms of fragrances, in addition to the excellent treatment you receive as soon as you arrive at them, either online or in their physical store, the prices and their variety are the best in Miami

Bought Reyna and it smelled of natural gas no matter how long I left it on. It was absolutely disgusting. I didn't bother returning because I'm located in Canada. I paid a pretty penny for it and was left so disappointed. The packaging came celophane wrapped so I'm not sure if this company just bought a bad batch or what. But it distinctly smelled of natural gas/alcoholic smell and barely any fragrance.

I give it a star because it is mandatory to write the review. They should treat their audience better because their sales depend on them. You can give away the perfumes that I have never set foot in that place again in my life.

The best! The truth is that the service is very good and the perfumes are good and at a reasonable price.

You can tell just by looking at these perfumes that they are fake. I have a real bond Greenwich bought at Saks and the one here looks different, obviously fake. The scent seems watered down with lots of alcohol.

I adore that place, the people who serve are very friendly and the perfumes are spectacular. A really good value for money.

I found Valencia Perfumes on a whim looking for scents. I ordered 4 scents from them. Three were gifts one was for me. Everything came in safe and sound. They even threw in two samples! Everything smells great as well. Definitely gonna be a returning customer.
