ValGal Vacation Rentals, Dania Beach FL

The Oasis ia my absolute favorite place to stay. It is in the perfect location, and the perfect size. Hollywood Beach is so relaxing. There are several options for food and entertainment. It's close also to grocery stores for making your own food. Claire at Val Gal Vacation Rentals is the best, so friendly and helpful.

I booked a vacation for my family with Val Gal rental property AND bought insurance. Unfortunately we were part of the NATIONWIDE FAA shutdown on January 11th, 2023 and we’re not able to fly down for that vacation. Next available flight was Sunday and our checkout was Monday so obviously I had to cancel the reservation that again, I bought insurance for. Upon cancelling the reservation that I bought insurance for “VALGAL” is refusing and denying my refund saying that “it’s not our problem you chose to cancel you could’ve made it down if you really wanted to” They are stealing my hard earned $4,500 from me and my family and pretty much saying sorry about your luck but it’s not our problem. PLEASE AVOID THESE PEOPLE. Their homes might be good but if anything arises out of your control, don’t expect your money back. I will never recommend them or ever be staying at one of their homes ever again. I hope no one else has to endure this theft like I and my family have. What a terrible representation of a company

Our family booked one of their rentals with friends of ours. Unfortunately our flights got canceled due to the FAA issue. We had bought insurance because of all the airline related issues lately. After letting them know we wouldn’t be able to make it due to the flights, they refused to refund our 4,500 and basically said we were out of luck. I’ve never been met with such horrible customer service and lack of empathy. We all work so hard for our money and not only got our vacation stripped away, but also had our money stolen by this horrible company. I do not recommend booking with them.
Edit: they then tried to tell us which airlines we should’ve flown that had flights going down to our destination shortly after the shortage. They only did this after we started speaking truth about how they operate. So to break it down, they stole our money and then gave a solution after the fact that would’ve in turn cost of thousands more money, just so they wouldn’t have to do the right thing. Horrible, horrible business.

Loved staying with ValGal, our house was clean and centrally located.my family and I had an amazing trip. Will definitely be back!

We were defrauded by this place and they were heartless horrible people. We are literally hiring a lawyer to sue them for the $7k we lost. I would suggest never to rent or deal with these slime balls. We did all the right things, and have never had an experience Like this before. Don’t buy the insurance - because they won’t honor it anyways. Our flights were out of commission and they didn’t honor the insurance. See you in court.

That’s not true! The insurance company and you both said we don’t care. We were bringing 5 children and a 18 hour drive the flights couldn’t leave untill 4 days later - wow one day we can come later what does that even do? ! You didn’t care at all you’re able to refund or even say we can credit you! You didn’t! We canceled our trip the night after hours of waiting to see if we were able to get a flight down there and WE COULD NOT. Insurance and you both are the issue you can always do the right thing and you chose not to. I’ve seen people going to the news with the issue too…. Seems like a good idea

They will unwilling work with you in circumstances that you BUY INSURANCE to prevent when booking via aribnb. No empathy from these people. Ive heard they've scammed others, which doesnt surprise me. It appears they knew exactly what to do to defraud their customers. Unbelievably disappointed with their service.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Friends bought insurance and their flight was cancelled, ValGal still kept their money. It has been a hassle, and they are a scam! Updated: they have lied and say the insurance doesn’t have to do with them. Not true. They told us they could give the money back they the won’t. Please beware and do not rent from ValGal Resorts.

My overall experience was great although there were a few problems they were fixed and solved the next morning. I really loved the house and the pool wish i could of pack the whole property with me and take it home. Will be booking with ValGal for my next Florida vacation.

Im grateful to say my experience with ValGal exceeded my unusually high expectations. Im really particular with where I stay, given that the few times I can actually take a vacation I just want to experience luxury and peace. Thankfully everything was pristine, and orderly and I felt like I could actually relax for once in my life because the environment was clearly cared for, which made me feel cared for. Thank you ValGal for meeting all my needs & making my vacation so special. The pool will be seeing me again.:)

Coming here has been one of the absolute best decisions I’ve ever made in my life, and I think it actually tops the decision to marry my wife! The personnel, the actual premises, and the overall ambiance was terrific above any other experience one can have! I cannot recommend Valgal enough. You won’t regret it! Coming back here next September for sure!

Me and my girlfriend took a trip down to Dania Beach Florida we came to visit her parents! The house wasnt far from the Hollywood downtown, we had fun going out. The house was so nice and centrally located. Loved it, thanks Valgal

Valerie was so accommodating, the house was spacious enough for everyone to sleep comfortably. And our youngest enjoyed the pack n' play. Can't wait to go back!

My family and I spent the holidays in Dania and stayed in one of Val's properties, we had so much fun. We went to the beach everyday and spent the evenings in Ft. Lauderdale and downtown Hollywood. There was a beautiful Kava bar and lots of weekend entertainment, highly recommend!

I rented from them a unit about 3 months before our vacation. 3 days before our arrival, after I emailed them because I had not heard from them since July they informed me that my unit had been sold and was not available. I requested a refund and a few hours later, the card I had used was hacked. Beware people.

Took a weekend trip to Dania Beach with my girlfriend, had the time of our lives. We had a little trouble getting in at first but the staff quickly took care of it. Will definitely be back soon!

Took a brief vacation to Ft. Lauderdale with my wife and 4 kids, the home we stayed in was perfect. It was large, clean, and included lots of entertaining features; pool, mini putting green, and a pool table! Would recommend to any family.
