When looking for a property management company we shopped around. Charles at Valiant got back to us quickly and answered all our questions. We decided to move forward, and Nina was assigned as our property manager. She has been very easy to get a hold of and gets anything needed done at the property smoothly and quickly. I tell anyone looking for new management about them!

We were tenants for 4 years and very happy with the service they provide. They are very fast with communication and handling any issues.

Pretty great experience with this company, from finding our rental until our moveout. The unit we rented experienced difficulties beyond our control and Valiant was pretty quick and accommodating with solving the issues. Reasonable requests were communicated properly. Correspondence with Charles Tripp (property manager) was smooth during our entire stay. All in all, would rent again with this company.

I would 100% recommend Valiant Realty & Management, LLC. My husband accepted a job in Jacksonville, FL so we had to find a rental sight unseen. I called about a rental I found online and Charles was amazing. The rental home I called about was not available but he said they had a rental that wasn't online yet. He sent pictures and told us more about the area/neighborhood and we signed the lease sight unseen. We loved the master planned community so much that we ended up building a new home in the neighborhood. Charles and his team were so flexible and accommodating with extending our lease month-to-month because our new build was taking longer to complete. Give them a call, you won't regret it!

Nina Cloutier was outstanding in every way. If there was any issue, potential or not, she had someone on it. And she was very accessible. We never had to worry about a thing. And our rental was clean and well kept. Highly recommend!

Charles & team were very accommodating from the start of my tenancy. All I had was a signed job offer in hand, no substantial income otherwise, and Charles understood my situation of being new to town for the job and made it work. Him and his team were quick to respond to any concerns I had, which truly weren't very many as the unit was pretty solid and taken care of. When it came time to move out, he communicated well and worked with me on adding a few months to the lease. Overall my experience renting from Valiant was great, I would recommend Charles and his team.

Would not recommend renting out your property with this company. Selling our home with a different company was the best decision ever made, because we did not have a great experience with renting with this company. I told Nina every month for almost a year that my rent pay check is missing $200-400 for nonsense. I told her if next time they need to do a repair to let me know and I will send my repair person (I just wanted to make sure things were actually getting repaired). Nina told me that she would let me know next time there needs to be a repair, but then two months later repairs were supposedly done without letting me know. Meanwhile, after renters moved out my grass was very damaged and my wood flooring had a big noticeable scrape/dent right near the entrance as well as on the wall (we did not get any deposit nor was it repaired). Also, when the renters left my home they forgot some stuff at my home. Nina emailed me asking if it was okay to give the lock box code to them and I emailed her back saying that the professional way to do it is to meet up with the previous renters and open the door for them or I can send a neighbor to open the door. Nina does "not care" and without my authorization gave the code to the previous renters who already moved out. The renters were never the problem this is strictly for the property management. Being in the military states away I did not feel comfortable with my property in Nina's hands nor at peace of mind. Very unprofessional, does not care, and is inconsiderate.

Charles and the team at Valiant Realty are awesome to work with. He is extremely professional and responds in a timely manner if there is ever any issue. The team is knowledgeable and completely honest in their dealings. I am so grateful for the service that they provide and would highly recommend them.

When I moved to Jacksonville, I was coming from a small town. Jacksonville seemed huge to me and I needed to find a quality rental fast. Charles and his team are amazing!
