Whatever you do don’t order online from this place, not worth the hassle the staff will give you to provide id, original form of payment and im sure pretty soon they’ll want your ssn all in the name of “ keeping you safe” and will have the audacity to tell you that you haven’t paid for your order even though the $ has been taken from your account. The website is a dumpster fire anyways so save yourself the time and just shop in store.

Love the self serve wash room for the animals and especially since it has two different size areas for large and small animals. Employees have always been helpful. I like how the vaccination bus comes around for discount prices. Clean and smells nice each time.

All I needed in one store. Pet grooming, dog wash, food, treats, betas, specials, vet clinics visit, polite staff and the prices are reasonable. Stop by for a visit

We needed to give Grizzly the Aussie a bath. My son told me about self washes. We looked up the closest place and arrived to find false advertising. No wash!

This was place number 2. Just go here. It's a great concept. They have a little room set aside with shampoo, conditioner, towels, and even a high-speed dryer.

There is a low and high table for washing and a way to secure your pet so they can't jump out.

We bought some wet food made by Fromm, and I ended up buying 5 washes for 35 dollars, an amazing deal.

So knowledgeable and kind. Great options of more natural food/treats for dogs. You can tell they care:)

Excellent variety of pet supplies. The variety of pet supplies is fantastic! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Since moving here we have used this store. We try to support local. When they discontinued our dog food, we chose another brand. It is a little more expensive so we try to use coupons and our military discount. I have to say they are the only pet store to give one.
Now they have new owners and will no longer take a coupon and military discount together. The discount is 10%. The food is $25 more than Amazon but still willing to support local but no more. Sorry new owners, for 10% you have lost our business.
Response to owner. I am a member of rewards club. I have shopped PSP since I lived in another state for 15 yrs. Your club gives no discount. The prices have recently gone through the roof and taking away the addition with military it is no longer in my budget. Thank you for your response.

I regularly shop for my two dogs here. I like that you can order a head and pick it up or they will deliver it to your home. Once my delivery didn't come in the time it was supposed to and when I contacted the store, one of the employees personally brought my order to my home. She did this even though the store was getting ready to close for the night. They truly have great staff.

I love this pet store. They do not SELL dogs and cats but do have weekend adoption events. The store is clean and packed with better quality food and treats. They sell fish, crickets and birds. The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. They send out coupons that can be used in store or online. They have a digital store front as well. You can order online and have it delivered or pick it up curbside. Feels less corporate then Petco or Petsmart. So happy they are in my neighborhood of Valrico/Lithia Pinecrest.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who actually answer your questions and offer suggestions if needed. Not like PETCO in Brandon where they grunt at you for asking.

Their pick up process is horrible. Caused a long time customer to go to Chewy. You don’t need ID You to pick up but card instead. Make zero sense

I love this pet store, everything I need is always available, and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I will no longer shop at this store after the experience I had today. I placed an online order when I went to pick it up they asked to see the card I paid with and drivers license (normal) but they had me write down the cvv (security code) from my card. Now I've had my information stolen multiple times in the past due to lots of traveling. The employee said don't worry its going straight to the office and locked away. Just seems extremely sketchy and now I'll be watching my card to see if any surprises show up. Disappointed.

Love the selection, at a great price and the staff is so sweet! This is my new go to pet store!

Needed to temporarily care for lost dog. Haven't had pet in years and since I had measurements and pics, staff directed me to harness, food and toy options to appropriately care for him.
Appreciated the assistance since there are so many options.
Dog loved food and oh my, toy was like his best bud.
Happy ending, we found owner but we're happy we could properly care for him until then. Thanks!
