Was told there were people in the store and they couldn’t help me and that they don’t do phone calls. Curious as to why they’ve got a phone then. Lady was rude. Lost my business.

My mom sold a ring to this location that meant something to her, after finding out about this I was able to contact the store and look into buying it back as a Christmas present for her! Lily was great in helping with the process! Everyone who works here is amazing!

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THE BRANDON VALUE PAWNS! They give you the very least amount for your items. I believe these 2 locations are run by the same district manager which says alot. They are the most unprofessional and rude. I called and got Jane, I'm asking for information to pay off my loans or lay aways and she says " you know you can see this online " then I tell her how the armenia value pawn gives this information without issues. Then she proceeds to give me the information and stops to ask where are my tickets!? The audacity of this woman. Laziness and unhelpful at it's finest.

I would much rather drive to Tampa or the Seffner location then to do business with this store and the one on 209 W brandon. After my loans I will never visit these locations again.

I've bought something from this place many years ago back in the area and wanted to see what they had and they have a lot of great stuff at reasonable prices
