This place is absolutely awesome when it comes to pawn shops. The staff are super friendly and pleasant to chat with. Also what pawn shop can you go to and get the same pawn value to sell value? Please I'd love to know, never found one, but they do! I always will bring my stuff here! I never feel rushed, and always feel welcomed. Best pawn shop in Pasco 10/10

Just so amazing I have not had to go here since 2017. It was a new location and everybody there was positively delightful and knowledgeable. I’ve had such issues in the past, but this is my go to And the prices are phenomenal

One day I called to ask a question and greeted with a polite “hello” and they responded with “goodbye” then hung up. Very rude and unprofessional. Do not go here

#1 store in my opinion every employee there goes above an beyond to help me in my loans my layaways. The manager works with me wen I got into my car accident an was really sick ive been to many pawn shops its 1 of my weakness I love shoping at pawn shops but 90% of my buys are with this location for over 6yrs now im very greatfull for what they do for me ive been in many horrible situations to wear $ was my way out an getting a loan on my silver an other item i will only shop at here

Went there yesterday, the older women there is very rude, they try to take advantage of you and give you as least as possible for what you are selling way less than other pawn shops offer.

Went there years ago and dealt with the same woman and she was just the same rude. I forgot about her until I remember yesterday.

Do yourself a favor and go to another pawn shop. This place is garbage.

The customer service is horrible, what they offer for your product is horrible and what they sell things for in the store is way too much.

Just tryd going to buy a ring from my wife cudnt get anyone to come give us a minute to even ask if we would like to see something they littlerally had no idea of our existence so I guess they didnt want our money
