Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Clermont FL

The team here was wonderful! They were quick, professional, and worked very well together. I appreciated being able to get in and get out in less than 20 minutes.

Janet and Isobel were absolute sweethearts and life savers! Fastest and most friendly service, wouldnt go anywhere else!

Fast, helpful, and friendly staff. 3 to 4 guys were working on cars all in unison. Complete check, fluids, new wipers and cabine air filter under 10 minutes.

Cost a bit more than I recall but what doesn't.

Wait time is way to long. Then they try to take advantage of women. I feel, to tell you something else is wrong. My bill for an oil change only turned out to be much more. My husband told me to Beware, but they got me. If it wasn't close by, I would say, No to them.

Friendly staff.answered any and all questions, done a fine job on maintenance inspection filters, wipers, battery, etc.very happy with the great service and efficiency. Bill was reasonable for a deisel 1 ton truck.no complaints.

So it did take about an hour to finally get my car into the bay for an oil change. Quite a few cars in a back waiting lot, then they call you up to get in line.
So even though it was a long wait, Janet and Jacob made the experience much better. I been to this Valvoline lo ation before in Clermont Hwy 27, and I was normally able to just drive righ in. But because the area has blown up out of control, the employees said this location always has a wait time. So be prepared to wait. And hopefully you get Janet and Jacob to help you out.
I hope they pay Janet enough because she is a very good worker and was very sweet.

Way too expensive for a simple oil change and they had like 5 guys working on the same car and flirting with my girl, while I was there. Smh. Horrible service.

First time I gone here and honestly I think this will be the place I go to get my oil changed from now on. The staff was very nice and polite also a bit funny which gives it a bonus to giving a person a good day. They checked my car very well told me what was wrong and showed me proof of the matters and my battery has years of insurance with them which is great. Oil looked as nice and clear just like cooking oil before using (which is great and they checked my head lights notice one was off and replaced it and notice that my bottom oil plug was loose and old and replaced it and they were quick. I recommend coming here it was worth it.

I would rarely write a review of quick oil change place.you get in, they change the oil and filter.tighten up the plug and you are off. That is the way it should go.sometimes good.sometimes bad. This Rt. 27, Clermont Valvoline was exceptionally professional and the employees went that extra yard to make the oil change a very pleasant experience. Without going into negative details, my experience at a couple of other "Valvoline" locations was a bit off perfect. This service exceeded the perfect rating. Jimmy the manager and his crew of oil change professionals did the right thing towards my vehicle and demonstrated a level of professionalism I have not seen before in this type of business. I am super happy with the work they did and will return in the future. Thank you Jimmy and crew!

This place is ok but Take 5 is cheaper if you bring your own oil 20.00 to 33.00 from valvoline but they have more valvoline oil shops so what the heck cough up the money and get your car some new oil people.

I'd give them 5 stars but I asked if they filled wiper fluid and was told yes. Receipt even said added. Fluid empty

Normally this place is super speedy and you can get in and out but it just wasn't going quick enough to fit my schedule this time so I left and went elsewhere

Went for a sime oil change. The broke the valve cover. Yes it was an accident but the service after that was horrendous. They glued it, yes glued it and said I'd have to take it to their main shop 45 minutes away. They had me drive all the way to shop on OBT in the ghettos. That shop made it worse. Long story short, wasted 3 45 minute trips down there, wasted over 14hrs of mine plus mileage, and still ain't right. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE! You've been warned. Still never fixed, still no runni.g car even after your guys "fixed it" Ya crooks. No accountability or ownership for ruining my mustang that was running perfect until valvoline touched it. Pathetic.
