Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Cape Coral FL

Fast service but expensive being $85 for an oil change and the car came out worse than it came in, my tire pressure were at 33 Even then as soon as i drive off they were at 45 and 67. Not coming back here again.

These guys are so efficient, friendly, fun, and professional. This is the first time we’ve been to this business and we would go there for future oil changes. The salesperson/person taking the info was not pushy or trying to upsell services.

I got a oil change from them and they never tighten the oil plug and all the oil drained out and they were trying to not be responsible for it

Horrible! Never go back there. They didn’t tighten my drain plug. Was leaking oil for a couple of weeks. Went back there and told them I never had a oil leak until I went to you guys. They checked and said it might be the main oil seal. Got under the car and the drain plug had oil on it. I tighten it and never leaked again. Called the manager and he seemed very uninterested. They lost my business. And be honest with you I don’t think they care.

They try to sell you a bunch of things you don't need, but that's the salesman job. They work very fast and efficiently, i was in an out for an oil change in under 20 minutes. I would recommend this place for anyone that needs their oil changed

Low quality oil, dented filter, and overpriced. I got 5,000 mile oil and my car started lagging around 2500 or 3000 miles and this was over $100. Got my oil changed again somewhere else and found they gave me a dented oil filter and my oil was black sludge already. I will not be going back and please choose a place that truly puts more care into your vehicle.

John makes us feel like we're not just another customer. They treat us so courteously and with such professionalism. All the technicians work very well together. We always leave satisfied not having spent an arm and a leg or feeling like some unqualified shady character just got one over on. We keep going back because the great service never changes! Very highly recommend.

They do a great job of getting your cars oil changed within 15 minutes or a little more. The only negative thing I can say is that I think their prices are a little high for what they do. They spend 20 minutes tops filling up my fluid and it's always at least $110 dollars for 6 quarts of synthetic oil. They do a great job, I've been going there since it was privately owned by a nice family and Hal was the owner. His prices were maybe half that price, but I still go there because they have all my info on file. I don't mind spending a little extra money because I know they will do the job right the first time.

Great place to get your oil changed, you don't even need to get out of your car. Great service very satisfied with the service.

Customer service was great price was ridiculous and l asked could l come and get it topped off because my car burns oil. I was told they don't do that. Service great but because of not being able to return to top off service l wont be back.

They did not check anything, lights, tires wipers nothing. I needed wipers and was going to buy them but no one ever stayed long enough for me to say anything. The have changed then oil in my truck since its first oil change. The service has gotten worse over the last 6 months but I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.

Charged my wife $120 for an oil change, then gave her a $18 discount for a coupon. I have never hears of a $102 oil change on a passenger car before. ; She will not be back there.

This was always my go-to oil change place, But today I felt overcharged under serviced not professional- no smiles I had to ask to look at my tires- My receipt said they checked windshield wiper fluid and added they didn't check it at all so they lied.as he was giving me my change I found the coupon for $25 off online and he wouldn't honor it It was a Valvoline coupon he said he already made the transaction I called b*******. I have since emailed Valvoline let's see what happens otherwise I'll post this everywhere and tell everyone to go to "take five" oil change instead

I've been a long time customer. And never had to wait more than five minutes in line for service. Good dependable people. They show and tell everything they are doing.

Courteous, FAST, reasonably priced. Asked about my wipers and air filter replacement but not pushy. Tire pressure right where I asked. Would definitely go back.

My son took our family Van there Sunday, Nov 7th. They charged him $108.00 for a basic oil change. I have been there before, but will not return at $108.00
