Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Miami Lakes FL

I was there for 2 hours for an oil change when normally it is 20 minutes max, I always use the Hammocks Location this time I did them on the way because I was in the area, but for a first impression in terrible weather.

Always great service, I live 10 minutes away so I come here all the time when it’s time for an oil change. Always have discounts and specials going, and the wait usually depends on what time of day you come but other than that, happy customer as usual!

Would not recommend there services. They do not accept coupons. Over charge and give out fall information.

Today, I came in I had a fantastic experience with DARRYL. I'm new to the area. I woke up this morning to my car. Not starting. I needed a new battery. I had warranty on my battery and he went out of his way to help me. The battery I need wasn't in stock. So he called another store.
And he went out of his way to have another assistant to go get the battery i need it. What a great experience. I've never had great service like that. We need more people like DARRYL. He was a wonderful person and I'm so happy. I recommend anybody to go there. Great customer service. Everybody was so nice so kind and I will be returning back. He made my dayI'm very happy and pleased, and the other workers was great. Thank you so much. Appreciate everything from the bottom of my heart. I get to go to work tomorrow

Disappointed. I had my oil changed 1 month ago. I’ve noticed a leak on my driveway and went back to Valvoline to check it out. They confirmed the cause Is the pan plug but would not help. They let me know it was the previous vendors fault because Valvoline evacs the oil and does not touch the plug. So they would not help because if they try to help then it would be their problem. First time coming to Valvoline and it was a easy quick experience. The staff were very friendly, nice and knowledgeable. You stay in the car the entire time while the oil change is being done they also test to make sure break lights and blinkers are working efficiently.

Amazing experience! They are very attentive to your vehicle and not pushy for services. In and out in 15mins with fresh oil, fresh washer fluid and air in my tires! A+

Left a review at the wrong place but to reiterate not only was the process smooth and professional. I was given suggestions on what they could do and was never forced to do a thing. I appreciate the help from everyone especially the associate that helped me he seemed like a great dude bless everyone there.

Very efficient. There’s never a problem anytime I come here. Honestly one of the best locations in south Florida.
