Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Fort Myers FL

The staff is amazing. I would give them five stars. This business not so much I am done coming here. When I drive past this place, I was proud that on Veterans Day. They did give their veterans and active duty military fifty percent off oil changes. I own 2 vehicles a truck and a car. They weren't able to give my truck oil changes because of the type and manufacturer. And they used to give me 50% off on Veterans Day. Showed a coupon for 2020 and 2021 for 50% off on Veterans Day. I have veterans on my Driver's license. And they weren't able to give me more than 20% off this oil change. If I known this before hand, I would've never gone to this place! Take five gives 25%every day For Veterans Because I didn't have an active email address in the system.

Call ahead to make sure they do work on Mercedes sprinter and after a few minutes they tell me with an attitude that they cant do an oil change with no explanation on why.

Reported a extra 100,000 miles on my car to carfax when I got the oil changed and it caused me a ton of grief when I went to trade it in at the dealer they wouldn't take it until I got it corrected by the time valvoline fixed it the car I was trading my car in on to purchase was sold all valvoline said they would do was send me free oil changes in the mail for my troubles that was weeks ago never received anything from them horrible customer service

Always courteous and professional! Dealt with Justin today he is fantastic! Explained everything that was going to happen and gave me some options for some other services politely, and without being pushy. I appreciate their service and good attitude every time!

Out in 20 minutes ENOUGH SAID. But more the technicians were thorough. All was examined, fluid levels, brakes windshield wipers. No even more. My brake light fog and lamps were examined. These guys are good. I did need new wipers and they were reasonably affordable and restored in place. Will return for sure.

These guys don't play. They get you in, get you out with the service on your vehicle fully completed.

Spoke to someone on the phone at Valvoline and said it was $158, got to the location and it went up to $200. Used the coupon and it saved me $11 which brought it to $189 (Yay)
But I’ll give 4 stars because the guy was really cool and it’s the only place I know on a Sunday that can reset my service light and I don’t have to wait a week for an appointment.

First time here today. Amazed at how many young men and women were working. You can tell they liked being part of the team. It was fun to hear them yell "YEP. YEP! " when they were checking everything.

I have always been a fan of valvoline IOC for years for there quick service and expertise but my last experience definitely was a disappointment. I asked for oil change and tire rotation as I always do and I was told my truck does not need tire rotation because its a 4×4 truck and it would be pointless. That I can forgive because I just had it done last oil change but what really upsets me is that I asked how my battery was doing because I know its approaching 3 years. He said he checked it and it's all good. Same day as my oil change it died on me. And left me asking random ppl for a jump. Once jumped went to auto zone and it was dead dead. Very disappointing because I've always preferred valvoline and didn't mind paying a lil more for QUALITY and speed.

Employees were very helpful and professional. Outstanding service. I'll definitely be getting an oil change here again.

I love this location valvoline, the guys there are always so sweet and will chat with me when I am getting a service done. When I don’t understand some thing, they will always explain it to me and be really nice about it. I unfortunately had to move and will not be able to use that location anymore, but this is one of the best Valvoline‘s I’ve ever been to.

Friendly staff, fast at getting service done. It's better than grease monkey. High recommend them for your oil change.

Great service! And that's very hard to find in SWFL. Very very hard to find. So when in need of an oil change make this your only choice.

I have gotten my oil changed and many other things done here as well. I have never had a bad experience and the staff is always friendly. I just wanted to put a warning on here for anyone who wants to have their tires rotated. I had my tires rotated here and a couple of months later needed to change my break pads. I couldn't get the tire off. It was put on too tight. I drove over there to ask if they would loosen them. They did. The guy said they weren't on too tight. They definitely were. Then when I removed my tire the stud for the lug nut broke. Now I have auto repairs that are unnecessary. I believe it is because they put it on too tight. I would suggest that you don't have your tires rotated here.

Didn’t have to wait to long staff was friendly and did what they said they showed me the dip stick at the completion of service that the oil was full. I still always check everything once I pull away from a instant oil change cause you hear of the story’s of drain plugs getting stripped or oil not getting put back in so I usually park out of sight and check the oil level and make sure the filter is tight (and new) and no oil leaks. And see if they have wiped everything down underneath were they were working. I have used this location several times with 2 different F-150s I’ve never had a problem. I usually change oil my self have been doing so since before I got a drivers license sometimes I just don’t feel like doing it. Price is fare. I recommend this place to others
