I completely trust Dr. Gravitt’s judgment and expertise. I’ve thrown some very intricate and difficult cases her way, cases that have left other veterinarians scratching their heads, and I always come away feeling like my animals are in the very best hands with her. She is very upfront about her plan of care and she has my horse’s needs at the forefront of her mind always. She might not always tell you what you want to heart, but I feel like honestly and compassion for the animal is the best qualities to look for in a veterinarian. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an honest and qualified large animal vet. The staff is also phenomenal and I love that they still have an actual (pleasant) person to answer their phones when you call.

The best veterinarians in all of SWFLA. They treat you and your animals like family and are always able to answer any questions. I think my dog Tank loves Dr. Katie more than me!

I am a RVer who needed treatment for my bulldog. The staff was very helpful and accommodating for my dog and I. I would recommend this facility.

Dr. Harvey and team always make sure all of our horses at NTRC are kept in top condition for therapy lessons. Now that I have my own horse too, it is a great highlight to have his expertise out to the barn to take care of any problems with the new barn family! TY

Finally a veterinarian practice who cares and doesn’t price gouge. Dr. Neuville is outstanding and cares. She’s not your typical 9-5 doctor. She will do whatever it takes to help your animal. Her staff is super friendly and knowledgeable as well. We take all 3 of our animals to her and have for years now. Thank you Dr. Neuville for loving our animals like your own.

Dr. Katie recently helped us come to the decision to put our older dog down. She took the time to explain the entire process to us, was patient with our questions and beyond caring till the end. We are forever thankful to have such a caring doctor in a hard time.

It was a pleasure visiting the office with the new veterinarian that I met today excellent. She listened to customer And didn’t do unnecessary tests if she didn’t need to. Excellent performance

Absolute AWFUL support from manager when tried to call to voice my concern about their weekend, emergency services.
We had been with the office for 3 years, and have been seeing a change in the practice, from that "local family practice" to a more "corporates - non friendly, less compassionate", office.long story short, i had a goat emergency over the weekend, and was told to drop off fecal samples, the samples we not resulted for 26 hours, while my goat lay there. All i needed was the med that i thought i would get that night. NOT Monday when the office re-opened. I am NOT at all faulting or upset with the Dr on call. I have had her in the past, and i love her and think she is great! I am upset with the office for not being able to provide their doctors back up for when multiple emergencies take place on the weekend.
When i called the office and spoke with the manager about my experience, she was extremely cold hearted, not compassionate, and very unprofessional, stating that i should have "called another service in the area and recommends i do so going forward" & kept asking if she should "Deactivate my account. " (Who does that? - a company who obviously does not care about you OR your animals)

She also kept implying that i was upset with the DR, as the doctors did me a FAVOR by even taking my call.i am writing this to state that I NEVER, EVER said i was upset with the DR and I never will.the DR is great, their practice workflow is broken.
A practice that was small, has gown.maybe 1 dr on call over the weekend is not sufficient any longer. Currently the practice is not geared towards the growth that has happened. The Docs are clearly over worked, tired, and cranky- as no fault of their own.the practice is just not the same. Van Roekele Associates is no longer your "hometown vet, " you will now be just another "customer" just another number.its unfortunate and heartbreaking.

Love Dr. Katie she rocks! All my pets have gone to her. A HUGE shout out to the staff they are all the sweetest most helpful people! It is so refreshing they obviously love their jobs. All my pets will keep going to Van Roekel and Associates as long as we live in this area.

I can't say enough wonderful things about them. They are angels in disguise. My cat is very blessed to have them in his corner. Thank you to the entire staff for saving Mack. Xoxo

I visited this vet on a friend's referral. I really appreciated the peaceful and calm staff and atmosphere! I'm grateful for the old-school family-friendly foundation, with modern amenities! They were thoughtful and thorough with my cat's exam and explanations. I've been to another vet in the area a few times and my experiences were complete opposite unfortunately. Van Roekel and Assoc.will be the only vet I go to now! I highly recommend them!

This practice is by far the best I’ve ever had the luck of finding and I wish I could get everyone to bring their fur babies to them! They are compassionate, down to earth, and affordable! They always have your pets best interest in mind and you can confidently let them do anything they need to and know you aren’t being taken advantage of. I’ve been going here for years and I will as long as I’m in SWFL! Thank you Van Roekel for all you do for pets in our community!

Very friendly staff and Doctor.goes a long way in my book as a good place to go.when you have "normal" everyday type people that are as concerned about your animal as you are.trust is key!

New owners now which concerned me. Dr. Warren and those who helped with exam and testing were knowledgeable and caring. Everyone worked together to get Gracie and I in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I will continue to take Gracie to them in the future.

I own two horses. The last six months have been very eventful for my older horse Rocky. Dr. Harvey has been amazing. He is super responsive. He patiently explains every procedure and is gentle and compassionate with the animals. He never rushes through the appointments and listens and answers every question. He has been instrumental in changing Rocky's life for the better. I don't believe there is anyone better in Naples. Thank you Dr. Harvey!
