So I'm in a jam, purchased a new vehicle from a dealer, figured I could easily bind a policy with my current insurance carrier; Right! Wrong! I called Vanderbilt Insurance Agency. They had a competitive rate and a policy in force in a few hrs. Presto. They called back afterwards to walk me through the policy and answer my questions. Easy Peasy. They listen and provide a quality product. I will be a return customer. A good agent is a good idea.
