Willy was so helpful today helping me select a different new perfume for myself. I told him the type of scents i liked and he nailed it with the Versace crystal noir. He also helped purchasing my husbands creed silver mountain water! Explaining that it was made in 2020 and the dates for Creed colognes or any cologne are important. Very friendly and Great conversation! Thank you very much for making it such a great experience ️ A perfect place for all your high end luxury scents

Wonderful store and selection, prices are very reasonable as well. Unfortunately, the worker would rather leave me at the counter alone and open boxes than help me find a scent to take home.

I was so excited to visit this store for the first time, having grown up going to independent fragrance stores with my dad. I waited for the client in front of me to finish his session, noticing he had tried at least 10-15 different scents -and ultimately did not buy anything.

I asked the attendant for help, and inquired about vintage scents. Then I sampled one scent, and the worker took off, leaving me to wonder what I should do next. Another customer, an older gentleman, arrived and was recognized by a different worker who attended him well and offered him many scents to try.

I understand business loyalty, but to watch the original worker who helped me out leave to talk with a coworker and then open boxes, right next to me, without excusing himself or checking up on me is difficult to understand from a customer service perspective.

I was hoping to enjoy this experience and still bought a cologne I have loved for years for a great price, but truly the scent of it now does less for me knowing this memory of being treated with frank disregard goes with it.

Maybe I look too young? I don’t know, but if I wanted a good deal on a fragrance with no customer service I would have ordered it online.

I definitely won’t go back, please treat new customers better guys.

This place and the guys running the place, Pepe and Willy are the best. Willy took the time to explain everything my wife ask. Definitely coming back soon.

I’m going to be completely honest. This place has the worse customer service ever. The girls are nice but the two gentlemen’s that look that they are the owners won’t even look at you in the face or attend you if you don’t have the appearance of having money. Also another thing that shocked me is that when we went in we had to get a number and they start skipping people and attending those who look like they had money. Third, when it was time to pay I had two gift cards that my students in school gave me since I’m a teacher and they threw one away saying it didn’t have money like if gift cards weren’t money. This is not okay and I hope everyone is aware of how bad of a service this place is and how they discriminate people for how they look and for what source of money they use. I’m a decent teacher and no one knows anybody’s situations and people shouldn’t judge other especially if you’re the owners trying to make a living and stereotyping people. Please don’t go to this place because these people shouldn’t be making money with this type of service.

I've been coming to Vanguard Perfumes for well over twenty years. I have consistently experienced both excellent service and expertise from both Willy and Pepe, both of whom are knowledgeable gentlemen. It isn't any wonder why I sometimes see local and international celebrities return here for their shopping.

Willie is an encyclopedia and it will recommend current and unusual fragrances at great prices both for women and men.

Great prices and excellent variety of high end perfumes and colognes. If you are buying for yourself, they sometimes have testers which are less expensive because they come in a generic box. I’ve been a client for decades and have always left satisfied. The staff is super patient with your taste in perfumes and will give advice depending on your preference. I usually tell them the perfumes I like and they will let me sample similar scents.

Pro tip: make sure you smell the coffee beans in-between sampling so you get get the true scent.

The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. It's a first class place. I highly recommend this place. The knowledge of the fragrance is on point.
