Ok so let me start by saying I’ve been wearing vans since I was 14. I’m 34. I bought two pair of ultra ranges along with shoes for my son and my wife less than a month ago. I have worn the shoes less than 5 times and just went to put on the ultra ranges and the loop on the heel literally designed to use to put the shoe on ripped off. You can see the shoes are brand new in the pics. I called the store because that’s where I got them and asked if they do anything for that and they simply said no. I own more than 30 pair of vans currently and who knows how many I’ve owned in my life time but the fact they won’t do anything for a faulty product will force me not to buy their products anymore. The least the employee could’ve done is asked a manager. (St John’s town center location Jax FL)

Great selections not found in other shoe stores selling vans. They had a great sales team and I even saved some money during their holiday sales, almost 50% off which is rare!

Let me start by saying that this store had me feeling some sort of way…. Talk about that feeling you get when you have your first kiss, that’s how I felt when I walked into this Vans store! The staff was such a pleasure to interact with! Seriously, every staff member engaged me, ensured that my needs were being taken care of, If you know what I mean ;) they really made sure that size was a factor when purchasing my new shoes. And as some of you may know, SIZE DOES MATTER! The wonderful sales rep made sure that was I was well taken care of and she was able to handle my size 11’s like it wasn’t no thang! I was impressed to say the least. Ever seen a woman a lace up a size 11? Sheesh. It’s invigorating. In all honesty, the staff was nothing short of exceptional, the store was neat and clean, and the overall vibe was just on point! I really wanted to fill out the survey from my purchase but I think I lost my receipt. So, if the young lady who was assisting me reads this, I’m sorry that I didn’t fill out the online survey like I promised!
All in all, this is a great store and you shouldn’t hesitate to shop there! The staff is extremely friendly, and willing to do ANYTHING to make a sale! Gotta love the work ethic! Keep it up! I’ll be back for more.
