Terrible customer service. I don’t have high expectations but employees should at least pretend to care.

They have a lot of stock and have a points program to earn $5 off. This is a good feature as they are on the expensive side.

I had purchased a water pipe from here earlier today & took it home to do a water test. On the receipt it said no refund on glass and all sales were final. I spoke with Makayla & she recommended to go into the store again & ask to speak with the owner about a exchange. Since the piece was not used and seemed to have a malfunction I called & spoke with Chris who’s an employee who seemed pretty set on the rule for good reasoning but was willing to give the owner a call for me & see what he could do. I am very pleased with my experience & was able to get the water pipe I now love and actually had my sister purchase one for herself as well. This place has a great owner & a very friendly understanding staff. I will no question be returning & look forward to many more purchases to come. Thank you Makayla, Chris & Harry for being such a helpful staff.

Really disappointing, I try not to use this Place because it is a little more on the expensive side. So knowing I was going to be paying more for my Vape juice it was a weekend so I couldn’t get to my other store. The Vape juice that I purchased was off in color and when I filled my pod and took my first hit it had a different taste. I’ve been vaping the same flavor for a few months now and could notice it immediately. Flash forward to Monday afternoon I couldn’t take the taste and the awful small that it was giving off so I went to my normal Vape store. The guy there is extremely knowledgeable with all vapes and juices and I trust him with everything. We tried everything to figure out what was wrong with the juice. Come to find out it being so off in its color was the issue. The juice had gone bad, so bad it completely fried my coil within 24 hours and since I have continued to use it it fried the Vape itself. So I purchased a new Vape and new juice from my normal shop. I asked him what his policy was if something like this had happened and he said they would either give money back or exchange. I then came to this place where I originally purchased the juice and was told if something is bad they have no policy there’s nothing they do. I explain to him that it fried my Vape and my coil and I had to purchase all brand new stuff so I’m out at least 100 bucks he said yeah I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do. Will never be returning to the store.

This place is really nice and clean with a lot of room to conveniently check out the whole store. I ended up buying The Bee Keeper, price and quality is on point and this device is doing what it's made for. The staff there are always cool and we'll help you look for what you're in need of. BEWARE this store sells defective product and refuses to exchange for a working one, bought two OOZE vapes yesterday afternoon one works perfect the other one did not, just went to the store and clerk refuses to give me a working product, vlaims there is a sign stating no exchange, THIS IS NOT AN EXCH YOU SOLD ME A DECTIVE PRODUCT! I AM OUT $25 JUST LIKE THAT, NOT COOL AT ALL!

I was there last weak, they have a very good return policy. I bought a battery and it didn't work after few days i went there with proof of purchase and they exchange it for me

Worst experience from this smoke shop. To be completely honest they have the worst customer service plus return policy in which is 7 days and Ofcourse I followed the 7 day policy and came 3 days after to return it and customer service representative saids I can’t return it because it has to be a manager well there is never a manager to return with and I told them yes fine I’ll wait for a manager they wrote a note with my name for me to return later again went back still no manager can’t return so now it’s 2 weeks can’t return at all. I come back and they said they would honor my return they are just liars in that store they went back to the 7 day policy I met every employee and they say I forget their face but they have notes of customer all I wanted was to exchange but they can’t even do that ether. So with customer service and gwttting a manager would never work I am going to go to the head of the company to complain too because this is wrongful doibg on this business.

So far they have always had my items in stock.
The problem with most shops. In my experience, has been inventory. They seem to not have this issue

I love this place. I go here all the time and everyone is really nice. They always have a great selection and if they don’t have something in stock, they’ll be sure to order it so it’s here within a week!

So i went to go get a replacement glass for my tank. I didn't have it with me at the time, so i told the clerk exactly i had. It seemed like he just picked a random glass and charged me some exuberant fee for a glass (i've never paid $10 for a replacement glass ever). Then when i found out it was the wrong one, he said sorry no return policy. And he also told me there's 2 different sizes for my tank that's currently out of stock, which doesn't make any damn sense. He barely even looked for what i needed. I wouldn't advise shopping here. I know for sure i'm not coming back.
