Nice shop, has a good selection of juice but the mod selection was small but some of the prices of things seemed a little ridiculous to me but other than that it was okay.

Brooke and Adam were amazing when my husband and I went into the shop as newbies to vaping; they helped us decided what we want, taught us the difference in vapes, and recommended some of the best juices I've had to date. Keep up the great work - this shop is one of the first in the area to make us feel like we were part of the group and not a bother with all of our questions. We will return again soon!

I went there today on a Sunday after two days of not smoking the staff was very knowledgeable, super friendly, very helpful, and guided me in the right direction, they answered all my questions definitely my go to shop now! They offer a lot of products from nicotine to 0% nicotine they go over the machines and different kinds

This place is awesome. Not only does the store look amazing but the people that work there have been good to me, so I'll continue to take the 20 min drive to go to a vape shop that cares, and took the time to educated me on my vape.

Hands down! Best place to buy everything you need to have a great working setup. I was buying a new set up at least every 6 months. Went to vapor bay by chance and it was the best thing i did. I have had my jaybo first gen. Forever.like 2-3 years now with the same tank. (smok cloud beast) yes my glass has broken many times my own fault. The juice that you can get here are very high quality and great to vape. I have vaped for a long time now every other place i go their vape juice just is not up to standard's. When you go to this place and see how educated the staff are and how a vape place should be you'll know this is the place to go. Thank you so much vapor bay crew! You guys rock this world with your awesome vibes. Wish i could give more star's.

Price for box mod was decent. Premium juice price but flavors were impressive. Tried two I can not find in other shops. Service was great and atmosphere was also great.

Came to get some coils and juice and they had a “be back in ten minutes” sign up on the door. SO LAZY!

Great variety of juices, staff was helpful and friendly, and very clean inside. But their prices are little high compared to others. From my experience always runs out of 3mg nic.

Love the customer service I get here. The people are so knowledgeable about vaping and help me so much with my purchases. They give great recommendations and they have a great selection of vape liquids and mine is always in stock! I highly recommend coming here for your vaping needs!

The owner, who helped me, was very helpful! He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the sale. Their prices on juice are a little high but I will be returning because of their knowledge and good service.

She was having issues with her vape, and wanted an exchange, or at the very least help.
The employee at the time was extremely rude and not only did not provide a refund or any kind of compensation, but he basically told her that her defective vape was her fault. “It’s always the consumer, never the product. ” I had a few choice words for this douchebag, but decided to keep it professional and keep my mouth shut. What kind of employees are you guys hiring? Ones with zero customer service skills clearly. It’s a cute vape shop, but when you won’t even issue an exchange on a defective product, and you tell customers that it’s theit fault that their vape doesn’t work or is having issues, that’s a great way to lose business. I will not be returning to this location, and I will not recommend this location to anyone. It’s time to do better.
