I have been seeing doctor Vargas for a very long time. He has always been a bad doctor in terms of starting his appointments or hiring good staff to answer his phone.

I always stuck by him because he seemed to really care about my diagnoses and getting my sugar under control.

I am on three different medications and getting a refill is absolutely a dreadful experience with this staff. Also, doctor Vargas changed to every 30 days to request a refill instead of 90 which is absolutely miserable to have to call. I had to call several times today and i just had an appointment last week.

This year i am sad to say that the doctor no longer cares about making people better. He is a greedy doctor who will charge your insurance, your co pay and an additional $80 to do his job.

The office now charges the insurance for the appointment, Your co payment and an additional $80 for him to go over your blood sugar readings and make adjustments They do not provide any of your information like other offices and if you do ask for your own medial information they are very aggressive and act as if you are leaving their office. They are fully prepared to drop any patient and become super hostile. There is a scam going on bigger than my issue and i know a person that has had card fraud that will also be investigated.

Office is rude. Wait times over hour and half and when you ask to reschedule because you've been there two hours they charge you a $50 no show up charge ridiculous. I dropped him as doctor went to a new doctor. If you get a referral to go there run find someone else.

Terrible place, no professional at all! Doctor doesn't show before 12, the staff is RUDE, as they are doing you a favor. They charged my wife for follow up visits, once she left because she couldn't wait, they made her paid for the visit.they wont give you refill of your medication unless you go and pay them for the visit.very bad we still have people like them around taking our money for nothing. I'll give them a -5 stars.they shouldn't be part of any medical insurance or group! Please do not go there! Your time is very valuable to waist it waiting for a doctor, they do not respect the patients.
