Vasectomy Clinics of NE Florida

Called after 930 and no-one answered. So I left a voicemail. Called after 4pm same day as no-one called me back and dealt with answering service lady who told me no message was left. Even though I DID leave one. Next day I called again and was able to make an appt for A consultation. Was later called back and asked for insurance info and once it was given I was informed that a doctors referral was needed and that my appt was cancelled. I was willing to just pay out of pocket for everything but the lady was rude and informed me that my appt was already cancelled. Didn't expect this type of treatment from such a professional looking business but looks can be deceiving.
