Dr. Mark and staff are very caring. After Nova goes in for visits, Dr. Mark always follows up to see how she is doing which is very thoughtful. Staff always attempts to get us in and out in a timely manner. Taking extra pre-cautions during COVID for our safety. Thanks!

Dr Mark has been so caring and thoughtful, calling and double checking on the progress of each of my fur friends, not only my pets but also with a very ill stray cat I found.

It's funny but my dog love to visit her vet Dr. Valentine! She and all the staff treats her so well and they are super loving and caring. And Gladys who is in the front desk is so friendly. We are going here since we adopted Belle when she was 3 months old and now she has 5 years. We live a little bit far but we prefer to go no matter the distance because we feel that we are part of the family.

You can have your dogs/cats vaccinations, check up and many other things. I made an appointment and took my two dogs for a wellness visit. They have a new doctor.

Great gem for doggy boarding! Good price and they give your dog a bath after 3 days after being there. Your dog must have the influenza vaccine before being accepted for boarding. The stuff is very friendly and my puppy is always happy to see them which is a great sign.

I took my Malamute Chance in today. He got treated like a king! Everyone is very caring and extremely efficient. I know he will need a lot of care now that he is older and I wouldn't take him anywhere else. Thank you!:)

Took my newly adopted kitten to them to get him neutered after dealing with his marking all over in rebellion against my older cat. Watson was well cared for, the surgery was beautifully done, and healed perfectly. I even got a text message from his Dr.letting me know that he was in recovery after the procedure! Taking my older cat there tomorrow due to excessive grooming and scratching to check for a skin condition, I know he will be well taken care of.

I don’t know about the doctor but the service and attention over the phone is horrible, i called to ask a few questions and I got put on hold about 3 times and after she gave up she asked me to give her mi information so that she could call me back with an answer. I am a business owner and i’d Like for the owner to read this so that he can take action accordingly, but you just lost a client due to such a mistreatment.

Well, at least I didn't get overcharged, the doctor was very nice and helpful, and my German shepherd was very satisfied!

Went in there with my cat since she was small (4 weeks) and didn't know what was wrong with her. They then said that they didn't have enough of a stool sample that they would need one when she did go and left the room. I then hear the doctor (Dr. Valentin) say to her coworker that she doesn't know what's going on and that she will just rather overmedicate my cat at that point. I declined their services at that point and went to another vet. When I told the Vet tech that I wasn't doing the services she got annoyed and defensive and when I insisted no again she left the room angry. To me that is extremely unprofessional
