I love this place! They take such great care of my dogs, kind, caring, compassionate. You just know they really love to care for pets and make them comfortable. They walk you through the bill upfront and make sure you understand what's best for your pet. Thank you VCA Cypress Creek!

My first visit at this office. Staff was very nice. Dr. Otero is an amazing person. Thank you so much you are my gift from Heaven, They take great care of our babies teddy.and are extremely knowledgeable and informative with treatment plans I definitely recommend this place 100%. They are really caring people.

Do not ever go to this place, unsanitary and vets do not care about animals. Going there caused my dog to get a major infection costing thousands. Tables aren’t wiped nor hands cleaned, most barbaric and uneducated vets on hygiene. Support vets that care and have their own practices. VCA is Walmart to small business because they save you nothing at all.

They are the best vet out there they always give me a great deal on pricing they always get my pet in immediately great staff everybody is so nice and they follow up with you to see how your pet is doing I wish I would have known about them years ago really the best of veterinarian I could ever ask for they really care about your pet and they don't push stuff on you and make you pay for something that you don't want I love this place I will never stop going there

Brought my cat in for routine check up. This was
my first visit at this office. Staff was attentive,

I brought the abandoned dog I found there for shots. He was upset, and the front desk staff helped calm him down as much as they could.

We have been taking our dogs to Cypress Creek for quite a while. They are very caring and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great veterinarians who care about our senior pup. Friendly and efficient staff. We've taken our pup here for 15 years, and they are just wonderful. They are very upfront with all treatment plans, and there are never any surprise charges. We highly recommend taking your furry family members here.

Lived down the street from this vet for 30+ years used to use them extensively until they were bought out years ago. Many years. Tried taking an animal in that ate something poisonous, and they sent us away to go to a “emergency” vet. Makes no sense. I guess they did not want to be bothered. I cannot say they don’t do a good job for other people, because that would not be fair to them. I do respect they are a private business and they can pick and choose what business they want. Based on our experience only, I would not recommend using them for non normal visits.

They were very rude to us today and they stopped caring for my puppy who felt bad due to a misunderstanding, they have little vocation for animals, they are more aware of money than care for pets

I've always had a good experience at this location and they make it a very calming atmosphere for animals coming in to get checked out. The staff are very friendly!

Very happy with this vet. I don't necessarily feel like they're the cheapest, however very clean and I am a big fan of their concern for my pup and making sure they utilize approaches to keep him calm, comfortable and happy.

Called because I needed a later time and was treated as it didn't matter if I made it or not.

Great vet, very attentive staff. They've taken care of my cat for nearly half her life, and my dog for her entire life.
