VCA Indian Trace Animal Hospital, Weston FL

I just had the worse experience with an unprofessional Vet at this place. I brought my cat and I explained that he had been off but nothing serious. She immediately gave me a list of 8 items that she wanted me to pay and most of them were not needed. For example, she wanted to inject him for pain, what pain!? He’s not in pain! She ensured to give him two injections for nausea and vomit but he is not vomiting it nauseous! And the list goes on. Worse part is, they have in their website an offer to wave the consultation if any treatment was needed but they included the consultation in the humongous list and when I told them about it, she said “I don’t know anything about that”, what?

Do, basically, I went there and give away $64 for absolutely nothing! STAY AWSY FROM THIS PLACE! They only want your money!

All Nurses and Doctors very Sweet, friendly and faster. Great atention and they have all save place 6ft, masks everything perfect. The only i didn't like one customer talking very rude at the profesionals, customer very grumpy he doesn't care the other customers, his actitud so bad to everybody. This place is bearable because of the doctors working here. But unfortunately, the first impression, when you walk in, is horrendous. The front staff is rude and disrespectful. It seems as if they think they are in high school and not there to do their job. I will not be making another appointment and prefer to drive further than to put up with gross unsolicited attitudes.

I went to pick up my boss's dog, and they left me waiting 30 minutes outside, even though I called and said, they didn't understand me, I didn't like the girls, they didn't care, I had to call my boss for her to call and ask someone to go from outside and take the dog, who was already paid and told that i was going to get him! My boss doesn't like the place either, but she had no choice but to leave the dog for a few days.

I take my dog for vaccines and I warned that my dog suffer tracheitis, but they didn’t matter about that and put one of the the vaccine through the nose that day a pay $450, so my dog get worst at home and could breath, 5 days later I call to take back my dog and I have to pay again $105 of consultations and medicines. That wasn’t my fault because they were warned about the Dog condition and even that charge me about their mistake. I no longer trust the professional ethics of this place.

Always love coming here! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My dog loves to see them and always gets taken care of:)

Been bringing my pets here for more than 20 years. The ownership has changed since then, but I have always received top-notch customer service. Dr. Birzon saw my corgi for his entire life of almost 17 years, now my new friend is in the hands of Dr. Longo. Some of these other reviews seem to be ill informed at best regarding complaints. Highly recommended if you are in the Weston area.

For the last 15 years Dr. Longo has been my dogs Vet love him. I do not know what has happened to this office the customer service is very poor. My little one has a condition (dry eye) that she will have for the rest of her live and she needs medications. Dr. Longo told me that when I needed my dogs drops all I have to do is call and they will refill the prescription for her. Well the last few years the have been bounced from vet to vet every time they have a new Vet in the hospital. I have to see them I never get to see Dr. Longo anymore and to top it off I called on Thursday order my little one drops my husband when to pick it up on Tuesday and they told him the medication was not ready I called this morning and they told me that the dog had to come in to see the vet to get the medication, They did even called me to tell me that. When I leave a message for Dr. Longo the receptionist tell me that he is to busy to speak to me and she does not know when he can call me back better yet my dog has dry eye this is a live time condition Dr. Longo him self told me that I do not have to bring her in to get my prescription. It sounds to me that they want you to bring your pet in for unnecessary visits so they can charge you even know that the dog does not have to see the doctor. The workers in the office are very rude and by the way I am still waiting for Dr. Longo to call me back. Shame on you INDIAN TRACE ANIMAL HOSPITAL

Dog went in for dental cleaning and I got a called he passed away from the anesthesia. Do not go here. It was researched that 0.15% of animals can die of this. Dr. Longo performed this procedure.

Dr birzon has taken care of multiple dogs of mine growing up as a child when his office was in plantation. After my boyfriend and I just getting a puppy, there was no where else I wanted to go. He is a great vet, and his staff is just as warm and friendly

We came here once on one of the scariest days of our lives. Dr. Longo had been taking care of our Great Dane puppy since she was born and her previous owners highly recommended that we stay with him. Our girl got a corncob in the middle of the night and we thought she would need surgery. He guided us through everything with so much love and care for her. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and even got second opinions on everything from professionals to help us make our decision. My boyfriend and I cannot stress how much we appreciate his help and his kindness. That same day I had previously made an appointment at another VCA in Central Park for my cat and when I arrived there later that day, the actual doctor was very sweet but I was unable to get her name. Yet, the rest of the staff was snooty and stuck up at best. Seeming mostly like they were passing judgement and making rude faces rather than trying to help. I appreciated the extreme care and urgency that Indian trace gave us and we will absolutely be making this our normal vet office! Thank you for your continued help with our situation!

We have been going there for years and love it! Warm and caring staff and Dr. Longo is fantastic! Highly recommend.

Found a kitten & had her for a week, the staff and doctors took great care of her, being a stray she was a playful and funny kitten.but got really sick and we had to put her down.and the staff of this facility was the best, Thank you Indian Trace Animal Hospital for what you did

Moving from VCA Promenade Hosp. The Great Dr.moved to Texas. Have been to Indian Trace a few times and I am not impressed. VCA is just buying up all the little Hosp. Not for the better from what I have seen. Each time we go in they can't find our records. Not AAHA accredited. Some VCA are.

Took a tour at Home Town Hosp. Wow.only negative I see is parking. They look like they know what they are doing. They even do KIMO.
