We unfortunately had to go in for an Emergency visit for our family dog. He was not able to be saved but Dr. Grey and the staff made the experience as peaceful as possible given the circumstances. I will forever be grateful to the staff at VCA

Took my Toy Yorkie which was badly hurt and needed surgery. Glad to say my baby is doing great and recovering at home now, Great Staff and Super Awesome Doctors and Nurses.

We had to take our 12 year old German Shepherd to them at 4am for a medical emergency. The staff and Veterinarian on duty were exceptional. I can’t thank them enough.

My dog seemed shaky and was not walking straight. I went in and they had me start paperwork just to later tell me they were not receiving any more emergencies for the day but they did take the person in front of me. Very unprofessional and can care less if your pet is dying in front of them. Will never be back and would never recommend. Horrible service and inhumane people.

This place is unprofessional and dishonest. They not only misdiagnose but they continuously lie and give misleading information. As a vet they don’t show any compassion especially towards bigger dogs. This place is disgusting and I’d never recommend anyone to bring their pet here.

My dog was bleeding and she was seen immediately. Desk staff were professional and friendly, the tech who came out was perfect. Super happy with my experience. I found my new emergency pet spot!

I would say an a for a professionalism and business process but their prices seem very very high perhaps I'm just not fully aware of how much it costs to perform emergency veterinary Care

I have never had a bad experience at this location. We all work extremely busy schedules typically during the times any other veterinary clinic could offer us appointments. The Veterinary Specialists has been a saving grace for my family for years. We have relied on them for all emergency visits including my most recent which was the passing of my 15 year old dog. They were responsive and immediately rushed him into a room at 10pm to check his vitals. When all other clinics are closed, they are the ones available to provide our pets with the emergency care they need. They assessed him, were kind, and provided me with options and compassion. When I made the tough but necessary decision to end his ongoing discomfort, there was no judgement and they followed through with all of my requests. I asked for him to be given a light sedative to calm him down so that our last moments wouldn't be full of anxiety and fear. We spent as much time as I needed in a room designated for a warm goodbye, even though it wasn't in the comfort of our home, it felt warm. Gloria chatted with us and helped me calm down and be present. And when the time came, our Dr.was warm, gentle, and caring. My last moments with my sweet, little friend of 15 years were peaceful and although an emergency is not what I wanted for his last day, it's what occurred and the cost was absolutely fair given that I would've paid thousands for the service they offered me. Thank you guys for being there and offering peace of mind.

I went there in two occasions. The improvement on the condition of my dog was immediate. They did a great job but they are very expensive.

I was there to comfort a friend with her pet on 3/6/21. I found the staff very empathetic and professional. The physician on staff was very open and clear with any explanation and directions given for the care of your pet. They are a fully staffed Veterian facility with plenty of parking space.

Be careful if you have been bringing you pet here. I brought my dog here five months ago and loved the service at the time and while the prices were high, I expected that for emergency service. BUT I brought him again now for similar service (although he is in much better condition now) and they are trying to charge more than $1,000 a day MORE than the last time. The second doctor I spoke with even commented on how high the bill was. When she looked up my last invoice, she again saw that it is incredibly higher than the last time I visited. Her explanation was that the last visit was supposedly before VCA bought out the hospital. If your have a returning client and your fees have changed THAT MUCH then it should be revealed to the client ahead of time. I asked for an itemized comparisoin for what is costing so much more this time. I was placed on hold again and again and transferred and then told they will call me back. I'm still waiting. This is pure insanity and there was zero effort to help resolve the situation. I will never bring my pet here again.

They will scam you and refuse provide details on charges. The new ownership is horrific. Do not come here. I promise. Find somewhere else to take your pet.

Palm Beach Veterinary Specialists a very professional from the staff that great you to the vets. Dr. Tam was very helpful explaining my dogs treatment and care. Jade who is a nurse went above and beyond to assist with getting the antibiotics for my dog prescribed at a pharmacy. Jade had to follow up with two pharmacies to get the prescription filled. Jade called me during the morning into the afternoon to give me updates and to let me know the pharmacy filled the script. I am tremendously grateful for the extraordinary service! What a great team! Thank you Jade:)

My Bully ate over half a pound of raisins so we took her to PBVS. They treated her and gave us several options based on what we can afford to do. Very professional and respectful. I hope to never have to go back but if we had another pet emergency, this is where we would go.

I am beyond impressed with the customer service this place provides. My family and I had a very sick dog. We went to 3 different place prior to this hospital and were treated very poorly. The staff at Palm Beach Veterinarian Hospital are very knowledgeable, respectful and caring. The doctor is compassion and direct. He made our entire experience amazing even though we had to let our baby girl go. TRULY RECOMMEND this place!

When my puppy got her head squished under the chair that I rocked backwards on, I thought I broke something in her head or neck the way she cried. I took her to our vet who took x-rays but did not like the way one of them looked. He sent us immediately to Palm Beach Veterinary who had were very calm, which made me a little calmer. They had us come into a room where a vet did a physical exam and wanted to do more extensive x-rays. Pixie (my 9 month old "sheepie" (sheepadoodle) was brought back to be sedated so x-rays could be done. Luckily, nothing was broken, but she has soft tissue and cartilage problems that will heal with time. Pixie is on light duty at home. No playing, long distance walks, and she is on an anti-inflammatory pain med for 4 week. I was very impressed with the way that this facility operates and would definitely go there again if i needed emergency treatment for any of my animals. Thank you!

Friendly staff, seemed very quick and efficient, prices much lower than expected being that my visit was an emergency visit.all around good experience.

Good luck getting any information about charges or services rendered to your pet. I’ve called at least six times and have been promised this information on every call over multiple days. They have the email address to send the info, but they don’t. They lie and they transfer you from person to person and put you on long holds without getting back online and telling you what’s going on. They are truly reprehensible.

My little dog Lilly saw the doctors in clinic today
They were amazing and cared for Lilly, she has or I have been dealing with my dogs bilateral ear infection for 10 month’s by the care of another
Vet I’ll say no name at this moment,
She now needs surgery because of misdiagnoses and wrong treatment, I’m so blessed today for an amazing team of doctors and the techs were awesome and nurse Sarah
Was so kind I could tell she really cared about my dog Lilly. Lilly is my or one of my lifelines
She keeps me happy and calm, in our times today god bless all of you there I so appreciate you. Thanks so much again. Oh! And.the referral to dr Randy who will take care of her next The Surgeon. Outcome to follow
