Although you have a contract and paying a monthly fee, when needed for even minor vet services, you pay, and their fees are much higher than a local vet. The over the counter medicines that they try to sell you are double the price you would pay on line. Thought we were doing right by our dogs - wrong!

Front desk staff is exceptionally rude. However, after the incident, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Dr. Schwartz, Edgert, and Roy made sure that I felt better about the situation and have instilled faith in me that the incident was a miscommunication. My dogs absolutely love the daycare, and the doctors have taken such wonderful care of my dogs.

They took full responsibilities for dog care, when my dog got hurt at doggie spa. Things happen. But they made sure he was taking care of it.

Is the most awesome vet, she's very thorough and will not charge for unnecessary test. She's been very good to my boy, and I will always trust his care to her and this practice, they really treat you and your babies like family.

The Previous Owner Dr. Simmons And The Remaining Staff Deserve 5 Stars. Since Selling The Business The Friendly Professional Attitude Is All About Up Charges. I Could Elaborate Much More I Can Only Commend The Previous Owner & Remaining Staff. Sad When Businesses Are Sold That The New Owners Do Not Maintain The Same Level Of Professional Mannerisms & Integrity. Customer Service Should Never Be About Employees Against The Customer.

Worst vet ever! All they care about is money, money, money! The answer to every question from this place is. I don’t know, I don’t know, let’s run some MORE tests, I’ll throw some meds on your bill too! Half the staff look like they fell out of a gutter, no way any of them have any formal training. Zero compassion for pets! Stay away!

I asked the receptionist what day my care club fee would be withdrawn so I can make sure i dont overdraft. I was told that that doesnt work that way that i have to come in and swipe. Well this morning I wake up in the negative because that answer obviosly wasnt the truth. I asled waht day they auto swipe. I was told they didn't. They do! They do on the 5th of every month if anyelse was given false information here is a little clarity.

Best part about VCA is the daycare everything else is okay. Whatever you do make sure you review all prescription meds because you could totally get them online for way cheaper than what they're charging you there. For six month supply of NexGard and Sentinel for my dog they wanted to charge me over $230 when I found online the same exact product for 140. Yeaaaaaaaa never buying any meds there

Without leaving too angry or disparaging review, I will simply say that I am embarrassed for the staff at this hospital now, will never return and do not recommend anyone take their animals there.

Absolutely horrible. Reserved space for our two dogs for day care and when we got there they said they needed to be examined by their vet and needed extra shots, etc etc.so they could charge a hundred or more dollars for their one day day care visit. They are all about the money and they make me sick

They treat our four dogs and they are absolutely the best. Yes, they're a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. These people are great - the front desk, the techs, the vets, the folks in the hotel, etc. We lost a dog last year, and they are extremely caring. This is our 4th or 5th vet in Palm Beach county and they'll be our last - no other place is better.

The manager is very argumentative and the facility is dirty. I witnessed employees spraying dogs to stop a fight. Over crowded dogs. Do not leave your do there.

I usually use a holistic vet but its a long trip to FLL. Every Dr.at this hospital is wonderful! Ive been here a few times for emergency situations and my cats and I are always treated very well and each Dr.takes the time to explain everything they need to do and answer questions in a way that you can understand. They always follow up with a phone call themselves the next day too! I highly recommend!

It's never positive to have to go to the vet. But I had Bailey call me early morning to let me know the status of my baby. I think that's very kind and considerate.

My pup, Jackson, absolutely loves going to play each day. There is not a day that I worry about him when he is at Simmons. I fully trust them no matter the situations that could arise. I get a daycare package each month, which has very fair pricing especially for the beautiful pool and green space for the doggies. Jacks and I are going to miss Simmons so much when we have to move!

They care about your pet's health and are very considerate when it comes to not having the full amount payment. They gave me two weeks to finish paying off my balance. Very friendly staff! I'll be taking my dog here a lot more now since the doctors seem to know what they are doing, Unlike other places I have gone to.

The veterinary & grooming services are top-notch! They really care about your pets & take pride in providing excellent services.

Not impressed. I paid for my pets to have a grooming and nail trim. Their nails are still long. I'm not even sure that they were put in the room I paid for. They were to have a bath, ears cleaned and they don't even smell clean. I called and complained they just suggested I come back if I am not satisfied. Not sure if I trust this place.

I would certainly recommend Simmons Veterinary Hospital. I have a cat and two dogs and trust that every time I visit the hospital my animals receive the best of care. Everybody is kind and understanding of the stress on the animal whilst being at the vet plus the stress of the owner also! They are all caring and the cost is reasonable also. I love my pets and feel that at this Vet they are always treated kindly and get the expert care that they deserve.

Simmons Veterinary and The Barkers Hotel are terrific! I have 2 Bichons and they are well taken care of when they go on Vacation at the Barkers Hotel. I cant imagine using any one else for Boarding. The facilities are amazing and immaculate. The staff is so caring and helpful.
I also use them as our Vet and Dr. Questa is wonderful and my girls love her. They have an amazing team of Doctors and staff.
